Wonderful experience except sound

Only problem is that the sound bar does not seem to be completely hooked up. Sound keeps crackling on all stations and blu-rays. It did not with my last Samsung.

Great TV, happy from start and still, 2 months

Partial to Samsung because previous tvs longevity and quality. Older big plasma still fine as giveaway to daughter's family. Wilkes Barre Store floorstaff very helpful and patient. Tv is excellent and only caution I read and found true is that LED tvs picture does lose color intensity when viewed at extreme side angle. Plasma better for that but really a minor issue provided I'm not stuck at kitchen sink for long or often.
