This was a great purchase. A good price at $1899.00, and made even better b two subsequent price drops of $200 each, both of which Best Buy credited to my acct. Now I am ecstatic about $1499.00 This picture is great and the 240 refresh rate results in absolutely no bumps and delays. An outstanding product, and highly recommended

My boyfriend and I bought our first tv together. Read a couple reviews online. Our sales member Doug was phenomenal. He did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable on all the TVs. We have been back to see him a couple times. He's always so helpful. We bought the Samsung 65' SUHD 4K HDR and we would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent picture quality Great price Easy-to-use

Bought this TV as I buy all my TV's; cruise the store looking at every TV, you eventually will keep coming back to one. That is the one to buy. This TV did it for me. Fantastic picture, Samsung quality, easy to set up and get going. If only Samsung provided beer and pretzels while you watch football. Otherwise, perfect.

The image quality on this Samsung is phenomenal. My only gripe is that the glossy back panel is a dust magnet.

The Samsung UN65KS8000 delivers a fantastic picture. it was remarkably simple to connect up to my home theater system and use. Watching our old DVDs and Blu-Rays, and especially Netflix content, is much nicer than with my old Panasonic plasma. Really enjoying watching YouTube and other Internet content built-in to the set.

After reading reviews here, at AVS Forum and RTings.com, I decided that this was the best 4K TV for what I want to watch. If you watch movies in a darkened room only, another TV might do better, but for watching movies in a regular room, watching cable or satellite HD, this is your "best buy." The 4K looks great, but it also does an excellent job of upscaling HD content and even regular SD content, IF you go into the settings and change them according to suggestions from avsforum.com and RTings.com. The auto settings out of the box have the video overly sharpened, it auto compensates for dark scenes and light scenes, and basically makes everything look bad. Fix that to your own liking and you'll be thrilled. Sound from the speakers is better than I expected, but it really does need a sound bar or external speakers for a better experience. The built in apps work well (I use Amazon, Netflix, Crackle and Pandora), plus I can access content I've downloaded to thumb drives. The remote control is a love it or hate it affair, but it works and you certainly don't get it mixed up with the other remotes.

...but I am so glad I spent the extra money and went with this TV instead. This TV looks amazing, even when it is turned off!!! The color depth and black levels are really good for a non-OLED TV. The ultra-slim bevel on the sides of the screen are amazing. I get so many compliments when people come into my home.

Love love love our new 65" SUHD 4K Smart TV from Samsung. It looks stunning in silver and super thin. Picture quality is superb and so bright, colors are very true and blacks are extra dark. Only wish the TV speakers were better but a soundbar is a must anyway. Very intuitive and easy to use - could not ask for more.

The pros: TV is gigantic and aesthetically pleasing. Picture is beautiful when you play games and watch Blu Ray movies. The cons: Very few things really support 4K at the moment so the TV will be completely underutilized. Even running a PS4 or Xbox One, you're just getting a really sharp 1080P image and nothing more. Cable providers don't support 4K yet. NEtflix does but only a handful of programs run on it. Alternatively, a 4K blu ray player will run you $400. So keep in mind that if you're getting this to run all the nicest 4K stuff, there's not much to run. Wait until it gets more support before diving onto the 4K train unless you just want a really great TV that will be pretty future proof for a few years.

The picture quality is so good that you almost feel like you're the camera taking the video on set with the actors. It has true HDR which you can definitely see come through. For a 4K, HDR, SUHD, 65" tv, my family will never buy another Sony. The price difference for a Samsung is cheaper and the quality is better.

The TV is fabulous. We initially purchased a lower end Samsung only to return it for this model. The TV picture is second to none for our sports room. The picture is so clear, we can see blades of grass on the golf putting greens. It's worth the money. It's easy to set up. we were up and running in 15 minutes.

Much is written about the lack of 4K content not justifying the purchase of a 4K TV. The series 8500 series improves the quality of all existing content. Even standard HD content looks sharper and brighter. The Smart TV features work seamlessly and if you have sufficient internet speed you'll enjoy watching older movies form Netflix and Amazon on your new Samsung as well as new releases. Sports broadcasts are amazing. You can really tell the difference in the 240Htz machine. Great value for the money.

It's been over two years since I have had this television. The picture is spectacular and the size is on point. The best feature of this television is the one connect cable that I ran inside the wall. No need to run multiple HDMI cables to the back of the TV. The only negative thing I hav experienced with this TV is when I connect it to my NAS drive. Even though all my folders are organized and kept neat, the TV scrambles all my media and scatters them in all types of folders. For example, if I wanted to watch game of thrones s5e3 it would be in "TV Shows > G > Game of Thrones > season 5 > episode 3." But the TV will have the video in a movie folder where titles start with V. This problem isn't specific to this make and model as online searches reveal it is an ongoing issue with all Samsung smart TV's. I just hooked my computer up to my TV and watch videos off my NAS drive that way.

Did a lot of research before buying this TV. I originally wanted to buy the 60 inch version of this product, but the bezel and appearance was different from the 65 and 55 inch options. Pros: excellent screen, beautiful looking tv with extra thin bezel, easy and intuitive smart remote, nice OneConnect system for simple connections, simple Smart Apps interface, audio is quite good without external speakers Cons: No RYW composite connections, web browsing is tedious at best, not a huge selection of smart apps but the big ones are pre-loaded (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime) Overall, we are extremely happy with this tv. We have it on an extending wall mount, which is nice but tough to move because the bezel is so incredibly thin. I use the provided cleaning cloth after moving it so there aren't any smudges #firstworldproblems. We knew about the zero composite hook ups, so that wasn't an issue for us. We don't have any other products that connect via the SmartHub that this TV could be, but it may be useless as the internet of things continues to expand.

We ordered it for our new home. It has a stylish look and thin enough. For the picture and color, samsung does a great job.

Exceeded my expectations. Picture quality is great & so is the sound.It is the perfect size for our bedroom. The picture quality is so great that I find all other TVS blurry.I think the price is very reasonable. We've had it for almost a month & so far, so good. I would highly recommend this product!!!

Set-up is quick and easy. TV has two feet locations, saving me the cost of mounting or buying a larger TV stand. Picture (with or without a 4K source) is absolutely stunning. Compared to the 6000 series, this is worth the investment if you are expecting clarity and sharpness during fast motion video.

I've been looking to replace my 55" LG TV for a few months now. I've been debating on this 65" Samsung and the "65" LG UHD. Due to cost and great reviews I went with the Samsung. I have zero regrets. This TV is truly amazing. Love the Smart TV options and the remote works perfectly with my Fire TV.
