The purchase of the 65' SAMSUNG T.V. was a good choice and I am pleased with the quality of the picture along with the purchased Sound Bar which also provides great audio sound and effects. I have had positive comments from family and friends who have viewed the TV.

Really great tv, very satisfied. First one I bought had a yellow line of pixels from top to bottom. Exchanged for a new one and am very pleased with the sharpness and color.

Best Buy delivered and set up the TV for me. I mainly checked for dead pixels when it was first powered on. I did not see any issues with the picture other than less than stellar up-conversion when using the TimeWarner DTA connected to the TV (I don't think this is all the TV's fault). Up-conversion with good 1080P content, especially Blu-rays, looks great in my opinion as far as clarity goes. Over the holidays when we had time to watch more movies we watched the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy with the kids. I noticed a bright vertical line on the screen that appeared to be a reflection, but all the lights in the house were off. Closer inspection revealed what is referred to as banding, where dark vertical stripes apparently caused by uneven backlight output, are across a good portion of the screen. This problem is either getting worse over time or I am just more sensitive to it now. Movies with darker scenes in them are just appalling to watch now. I have opened a service call with Samsung, but have not heard back from them. Other users have been told by Samsung that this is normal and does not affect viewing. How do dark vertical stripes in the picture not affect viewing? I am still within the return window so I may end up taking this back to Best Buy if Samsung tells me it is normal.

Have had for nearly two months and love it. If there were more 4K content available I would be able to give a better rating. This will be updated once it's more readily available.

We love our new Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV, it's the best TV we have ever owned, I would recommend anyone looking for a new TV to check it out at Best Buy.

For me this TV was a perfect turn-key product. Easy to learn all the special functions. Great picture and sound. Price was very nice.

Great tv for the price. I was replacing a 55" Samsung in my living room with this 65". I love everything about it. I can't comment on the sound as I have surround sound and wouldn't dream of using flat screen tv speakers. Would use a sound bar at the very least. TV does everything it says it will and has a great picture. Very thin and easy to mount on the wall. Great value!

Excellent picture...crisp colors. Up conversion does a pretty decent job...I think it definately depends on the source being used. Smart apps work great. Netflix caches sessions so you don't always have to login evertime...which is nice. Playstation TV support. TV powers on relatively fast but I found the input switching to be slow and somewhat cumbersome. You source needs to be on in order for the tv to recognize and enable the input. For example, I have an Xbox on hdmi 2. I can switch the input to 2 until the xbox is on and sending a signal. Silly gripe I know but my son didn't understand at first. I also had to force the tv to update in order to get the Samsung sound bar sold with the tv to connect with Bluetooth....odd

The picture is fantastic but Best Buy installers were unable to connect Smart Hub to internet. The next day after installers were here I was able to make a Smart Hub connection to internet and was able to checkout its features. However during the same day the Smart Hub would not connect and hasn't since. This was one of the features that prompted me to purchase this TV. All my other devices connect without a hitch everyday. I am very dissappointed in the fact that I can not use this TV to its full potential. I have tried most all suggestions that have been given but nothing works

Bought 2 for my new home. Very happy with the purchase. The 4k picture quality is noticeably better than 1080p. My older Sony XBR is 240hz refresh rate and was really happy with it as well. I had some reservations about going with only 120hz but I've been pleasantly surprised. The only knock I have is the remote. Would have liked the smaller thumb pad remote like on higher end Samsungs. Overal I think it is a fantastic value. Unfortunately once you see the picture in 4k up scaling it's hard to settle for regular 1080p. Highly recommend this tv.

Guys & Gals this TV is where its at. The versatility of this TV is unrivaled to anything that I have watched TV on before. This monster sits in a large living room and dining area in my house and I have very little problems seeing it from anywhere in the room. Before i had my surround sound system hooked up to it, I was rather impressed with the internal speakers when watching regular TV. When we put on a movie the quality degraded until we turned on Clear Voice and it was much better. The upscaling from 1080p to 4k on this TV is pretty great as well, one of my test movies for my surround sound is Underworld (for the darks and ambient noises) and the blacks on this TV are unreal. The shadowing that this TV provides makes the image seem much more lifelike. One of my buddies commented that he felt like he was in the room with the characters. He's right, its super lifelike. Bottom line if you are looking for a high quality TV for a reasonable price this is it.

After doing weeks (if not months) of research, I finally decided to buy the 65 inch Ultra HD TV. Set-up was really very simple. I agree with other reviews that the remote leaves a lot to be desired. I went out and bought a logitech keyboard which does not work with all the functions but certainly make typing easier when it does work. All in all a great purchase. Ordered it on-line and had it delivered. The delivery was on-time and professionally done.

SO FAR SO GOOD WITH THE 65IN SAMSUNG. HAD TROUBLE WHILE USING A CHEAP CABLE, BUT ONCE I SWAPPED THAT OUT NEARLY ZERO ISSUES. RARELY THE IMAGE WILL SKIP, BUT I FIGURE THATS PROBABLY DUE TO THE UPSCALING SINCE CABLE ISNT BROADCASTING IN 4K YET. TV WAS VERY EASY TO SET UP, SOUND QUALITY IS PRETTY GOOD FOR A FLAT SCREEN. COLOR IS GREAT.

I bought this TV after i broke my previous. I actually did not want to buy another TV but had no choice. I chose this TV after looking at all that was available. I had read enough reviews and took a chance. It was well worth it. Love the colors, features and everything about it. I have had it almost 2 months and would do it again in a heartbeat.
