Have had nothing but problems with TV so far. Picture is great, but setup is beyond painful. I have an advanced setup configured with a TWC Samsung cable box, a Xbox One S, PS/4 and an Apple TV. The unit never remembers the settings, and you are forced to constantly set up the unit over and over. Since owning, I've spent 1-2 hours doing setup of the unit due to it forgetting and being FORCED to constantly do this. I am awaiting a replacement TV from Best Buy. I CANNOT get the unit to switch HDMI ports without it always having the cable box volume on. I've gotten it to work a few times, only to have it reset all the settings on it's own and having to start over and never getting it to work. If you are buying the TV and connecting to no additional devices, it's probably great. If you have an advanced setup, the SMART HUB is beyond painful. Beware. A non-smart TV would be 1,000 times easier to manage than this. This unit will test your patience. Not something you want from a $2k purchase.

The TV is performing very well. Set up was easy and the curved screen allows for viewing from any where in the room. I really like it.

Best viewing experience I've had so far with a TV. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the mute icon stays flashing on the screen

Didn't get it working for three weeks, Best Buy took off back panel and cords for wireless were disconnected. Never buy open box

Excellent picture quality. The only downfall is that it switches itself between sound for TV output and sound for receiver output.

My first impression in the store was amazing but was sceptical because of store DVD 's. But got it home and just as impressive.

Not the best television, has many problems with the remote and connecting to the internet.

I think I see a hot spot forming dead center of the TV. I have not even had 60 days yet. Going to call Best buy in the morning

This curve is an excellent tv, the picture is gorgeous. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but "arc" doesnt work very well

Purchased a full suite of electronic equipment. 65 in tv, sound bar, computer and printer. The Geeksquad was very helpful.

Geek squad did a good job setting it up and explaining things TV works great somebody works great very happy with the product

The tv is great only draw back is there are applications like plastation vue that can not be downloaded directly to the tv.

The picture is not as crisp as the 240 HRZ but overall a good picture. Not sure if I like the curved as well as the flat.

This tv has an outstanding picture and sound, but the features are hard to find and are more limited than advertised. Based on tv quality alone it would get 5 stars, but I was looking forward to the other features, which are well hidden and awkward to find and use-- such as "smart", web browsing , adjusting picture

The salesperson really did alot to sell me this item and he really did know the product and what its capabilities are

This was my first 4K tv purchase. So far so good. The blackness around edging is noticeable sometimes but it's not bad.

Great TV over all,The only thing I don't like is the dim picture on Standart Mode when your TV is in a dark room

I love the smart hub and Samsung native apps. It's great to use MLB.TV

Only issue is pretty substantial light bleed in the lower right corner of the screen during dark settings.
