The panel on this TV will crack in less than two months after delivery without ever being touched! It is so fragile and delicate that it will not last!
I purchased mine on 2/20/17 from Best Buy in Norwalk, CT. On 2/25/17 the Best Buy authorized delivery service delivered the TV and set it up. The TV worked well for TWO MONTHS. By 5/1/17, the panel had cracked with spider web like splinters along the entire left side of the panel.
My experience with the Samsung Warranty Department :
The Samsung warranty customer service department is located in the Dominican Republic and they will waste hour upon hour of your time with total lies. First they will tell you that the panel replacement will be covered under warranty, then they will transfer you to Executive Customer Service who will claim that the panel is cracked due to physical damage, then they will transfer you to the tech specialist who will continue to lie and waste your time, then they will send a service rep from the local Samsung authorized dealer to your house to photograph the TV. The local Samsung authorized dealer will tell you that the panel replacement will be covered under warranty, but this is not true and just a ploy to get you to buy a new replacement panel from them.
Please save your self a huge hassle and nightmare and buy a Panasonic! Do not buy this TV. Do not buy Samsung!

With 4K videos this TV is amazing. Any other feeds aren't overly impressive. And it loses a lot on clarity when viewing it from the side, which I was under the belief would be remedied by a curved TV

I had this TV for 6 months and it started to malfunction. The image will randomly flash to a place screen and the sound cuts out. Took 5 calls and 6 moths to get a replacement one connect box and that did not solve this problem. I’m fairly certain it is a bad firmware and Samsung still has not fixed it. I used to love samsug TVs but will never buy one again. They do nta stand behind there product. I used to be able to integrate with SmartThings but that was broken with a the same firmware update. Never again.

I don't know my eyes are too sensitive or not. I can see bottom side's display edge light are too bleeding and it is very annoying. other 3 sides are looks ok.

Has some good features, but the picture quality wasn't as good as the LG which is sad, as we have always liked Samsung. The screen material itself came off as cheap and not well made.

Picture jumps in scenes. Salesman said it wouldn't do that it could keep up with the movement's of the scene. But it skips, jumps whatever it's called.

This tv did have a fantastic picture. The curve is something you have to like turns out I wasn't that big of a fan. Unfortunately mine had some pretty bad light bleed forcing me to return it. Friend of mine also bought the same model and his was perfect. Sometimes with led tvs you just get unlucky. Thankfully best buy exchanged it for me. Went with the flat ks9000 as a return and I couldn't be happier.
