    I was scared to buy an open box product, but BestBuy made the process so easy and the TV is still working beautifully. Perfect picture and sound. It's been two years and I have never had any issues. Now I'm back to buy one for another room.

    Went with a bigger tv for our family room and the 65 in that we bought fits perfectly on our entertainment center. Not only that, the picture is the best of any tv we have ever owned. It really does come in crystal clear. Couldn’t have been more happier!

    I purchased this TV UN65TUu7000FXZA a week ago online and picked it up at my local store and even though it was curbside delivery I was very pleased with the experience and the worker was very helpful in helping me load it since I recently had back surgery done. I left it on for about 3 days before I even thought about adjusting any of the picture settings to give it a proper burn-in time. Straight out of the box this thing is huge and I had to tie it down in my sister's SUV because it was actually too large to fit with the rear door shut. I got it home and followed the unboxing video that Best Buy has on their site for help unboxing it and the video was very accurate, I love the little sponge things on each side of the screen that helps with not getting fingerprints on the screen as well as protecting it from damage. I tried to download the Smart Things app but couldn't get it to work so I just used the on-screen input. I logged into my Wi-Fi no problem and since I already had my antenna hooked up it automatically found all the stations it could, although I'll be adding a second antenna since it didn't pick up a few of my local stations with this particular antenna, and then I went through and finished the registration on-screen without a hitch. I like that Samsung added a lot of extra free channels all in a neat and organized way to find pretty much any kind of program ..you wanna watch although the extra channels are not A-list channels they do offer a great variety to watch. This thing is super clear even before I adjusted it for my Xbox One S, I did however have to turn game mode off for my games because it had a lag from what was actually happening to what I seen on the screen I was getting killed a lot on my games, but I think this is more my Xbox's fault than it is the TV Since I don't have the higher powered Xbox One X. The built in apps are great I've only used Netflix so far but it's very responsive although I did find if you leave the TV on for more than a day and it goes into screensaver mode when you start watching Netflix again there is a definite lag on the voice and picture sync, the easy fix to this is just turn off the TV for a few minutes then turn it back on and voila it's perfect again. The remote is not too bad although if you have large hands like me you might have problems with some of the smaller buttons like I've had. Also there is a small lag from when you hit a button and the TV responding to that command I ran into it while I was setting the TV up initially but I've gotten used to it now and it's not that noticeable. You will definitely need a friend to help you get this out of the box and on a flat surface to either attach the standard legs or to put brackets on it for a TV stand like I have. It's not very heavy but it is a little cumbersome to do by yourself and trust me you don't wanna hurt your back trying to be he-man even though it's not very heavy. Overall 5 stars, I had a 50inch Vizio that I upgraded from and this thing blows my old one out of the water hands down without a doubt. The controls for adjusting the picture is nicely organized and it has an abundance of settings to choose from. I would highly recommend this TV to friends and family alike especially for the price. I could have gotten an 2018 model for about 150 dollars cheaper somewhere else but I figured if I'm buying new go ahead and get a 2020 model instead I'm glad I listened to my instincts and got this one. Oh and I have a 1200 watt Kenwood surround sound system and I'm not even using it because the TV speakers even though they're only 20watts will blow your socks off on how clear and precise everything sounds I just wish I could hook my subwoofer up just for a little more bass.

    This is a very nice TV, went from 55" to 65". We wanted a bit bigger TV, but don't have unlimited space. This fit the bill just right. The picture is outstanding! No complaints there, I love the picture a Samsung presents. The wifi receiver in this TV works really well, a big step up from the receiver in the older Samsung TV it replaced. The internal speakers are not so good, I know that is a common problem with flat screens, but this one seems to be weaker than others and for sure weaker than the TV it replaced. I am not a fan on the remote (see picture). The remote from the older TV is on the left and the new one on the right. That older remote has very few buttons, took a little time to learn, but the simplicity of it is awesome. Now, we are back to the bigger remote with way too many buttons. The thing I dislike most (my fault for failing to do my homework) is there are only 2 HDMI ports. Only 2 for real? A Roku, Fire Stick, Apple TV eats one, the gaming system another and boom I'm fresh out of HDMI ports. This is not good, a bit of a pain to plug in the DVD or anything else. Luckily, this TV quickly recognizes what's been plugged in so at least that part is somewhat easy. Overall I'm happy, really would like the older simpler remote and more HDMI plugs, but happy anyways.

    GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE ON TIME!!!! I REALLY LIKE THIS TV ALTHOUGH I WAS TRYING TO GET THIS TV TO BE MUCH SHARPER IN PICTURE BUT I DID MY BEST USING THE SETTINGS BUT THIS IS ONE THING I DO KNOW MY OLD TV WHICH IS A SAMSUNG 42' TV SHOW A MUCH CRISP AND SHARP PICTURE THAT LOOK'S EXCELLENT THAT I LOVE SO MUCH ALTHOUGH IT ISN'T A SMART TV BUT FOR SOME REASON I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY THIS HUGE 65 INCH NOT SHOWING A MUCH BETTER PICTURE THAN MY OLD 42' SAMSUNG I GUESS I GOT TO GET USE TO IT MAYBE I DON'T KNOW MAYBE THAT'S IT

    I replaced my old LG 65inch because it color got washed out and dark after 4 years with this one. Wow! This one is great, it inexpensive, easy to connect via airplay with my old MacBook 15, sound better than my old tv, more responsive, and smarter too. I curbside pick the TV into my truck, push the TV from drive way into the living room, unboxed and attached the stand, download the SmartThings app, and enjoy. I did all by myself because it light. I would recommend this TV.

    We have it for 3 yrs now still on good condition despite of our neighbors start the fire across we got a smoke left all our staff turn black the tv survive after moving.

    Affordable Price Puts It In the 'Good' Category

    This was my first TV purchase in 20 years and my first Smart TV purchase. I'm subscribed to quite a few streaming services and I figured given the low cost, and all that I could access without cable, it would be a worthwhile purchase. The TV has a sleek profile and is light. I'm not too happy with the legs. I had two other people try to push them in further, and they won't go (see the pic). I REALLY don't like the remote -- it's not very ergonomic and doesn't have voice command. It's really dreadful to use. And I find that the software/processor lags. It took 2 installs of the Disney+ app to get it to work. Sometimes Amazon Prime video just stops playing. Setting up the TV was just painful; because every app needs to go in and set your login information. But I guess that is to be expected. The picture quality is great. TV speaker sound is ok, but for movies or sports, you definitely want a soundbar. I had one that was 5 years old, never used, and I hooked it up to the TV via Bluetooth. Works great. I do have to re-pair the soundbar every time I turn the TV on though. Overall I'm satisfied enough with the TV. As far as how it operates, I put it in the 'average' category. But you get a lot of TV for less than $500 here so that definitely counts for something.

    Good screen, poor UI and remote

    Bought this TV as a part of Black Friday in December 2020. The picture quality is good and the speaker sounds great. My complaint is that the user interface is very outdated and slow. The remote that came with this TV is very dated and I had to purchase a different more modern Samsung remote. I am happy with the quality of the video, brightness, and sound, but not happy with the remote and slowness of UI when going between apps.

      First, to ensure performance is fully optimized, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update and easily update from there.

      Next, to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    Terrific TV. Great picture. Wonderful color!! It fits perfectly on my mounted tv stand. Functions even better with our soundbar with subwoofer & rear speakers. We are soo happy with it!!

    Could have better sound quality. I need to buy a sound bar or something. When watching *dark scenes it can get too dark for my liking. Unable to get certain apps. But most of the popular ones are available. I like samsung tv it can be confusing to navigate but i also have an antenna to get live channels. Very easy to change input and personalize and set up. Easy to navigate home when you get used to it. Remote control sucks! Buttons to small and in strange places and a delay Everyone complains. I do feel like this tv is great in this price point. And to me these things can be easily resolved

      Thank you so much for your review of the Samsung TU7000 and for letting us know about the user experience issues you are having. I have a few recommendations which may help!

      First, let's check to see if you need a firmware update. To do this, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. If it is not up to date, we recommend updating as our new update solves some performance issues.

      Next, to tune the sound, you may want to try adjusting the sound settings to suit your personal sound preferences. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

      Your details regarding the image and sound quality of your TU7000 TV are important to us and will be shared with our internal teams. You may want to try adjusting the settings to improve your picture and sound.

      Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: It is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the image settings to your taste with additional functions.

      For your remote control, the firmware update may help with any delays you are experiencing. To learn various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung's website under 'Support' (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for the TU7000 under Crystal UHD TVs > T Model Lineup.

    Great TV. I had a 55” Samsung and decided to get a 65” Samsung. Love this brand and how it looks. The Geek squad went above and beyond to set it up for me. They were outstanding! I would definitely recommend the Geek squad for their professionalism and outstanding service!
