Best Buy Exceeded my Expectations for Service

I was so impressed with the service i received. Best Buy Customers Service, (Stephanie) immediately make it right, scheduled pick up and dropped off a replacement TV. The 2nd tv works perfect. Easy set up, great picture. Best Buy is my only option for purchasing electronics; quality product and superior service!

Bought it for my inlaws that don't need a overly complicated tv. I have experienced more complications with more expensive tvs.
