Switched from a plasma to this LED. This set looks great, easy to set up and the smart feature lets us incorporate our Netflix and Amazon visitors/ music.

We have no complaints. The tv is a great size and the picture is wonderful.

While searching for a TV my husband and I decided that there was no point going below 60" screen. We went for the 65" and we are really happy. With the 4k UHD picture, everything is so much more crisp than when watching on a 48" 1080p (what we upgraded from). The only thing that I am having an issue with, is a notification that keeps popping up on the tv about an update for a samsung application. The update ended on June 22nd, and today is July 7th and it is still popping up on the screen every 30 minutes. Troubleshooting says to just unplug the TV from the wall for 2 minutes and try again. We haven't tried that yet. We don't have any complaints about the unit. If you're going to invest in a nice tv, I recommend investing in the Geek Squad protection. We are expecting our first kid in a few months... Better safe than sorry right?

Great quality picture my only issue is it occasionally doesn't turn on.

What can I say but boy can you notice the difference in this television and the one it replaced. Absolutely love the picture sound quality is great for coming from the television itself. We have another Samsung TV in the living room and it’s about a year or so older and you can spot the differences a mile away. Honestly a great purchase for the money. The remote takes some time getting used to especially since we strictly use streaming apps for everything including cable. Would recommend to anyone. 4 stars because of the remote. It’s great to be able to speak into but can’t necessarily change channels without it wanting to open a different app.

I'm not a pro at tv's. But to me the quality has been great. No issues. All setting up was straight forward and easy. Menus were easy for me to navigate.

Fantastic picture, very easy to set up. Great internet access. Best of all was the Best Buy Sales associate. He was knowledgeable and great to work with.

This is an excellent TV. Color and clarity are amazing for the price. If you have the money, I would spend the extra $100 for a series 7 to have HDR. But I can't complain for the price and clarity. I love the smart capabilities.

I chose a flat screen over the curved screen which is impressive however the same size flat screen is bigger and wider image than the curved image because in geometry the curved line looses width from edge to edge while the flat screen is wider than the curved screen. The sound bar is sufficient in a quiet environment but a little low with noisey kids around. The cables were great and electronically allows a stronger signal going across the wire without causing extra resisitance from the properties of electricity, becauswe the cables are gold plated.

Took it out of the box, plugged it in and pressed search... and it was as easy as that to set it up and remote is so simple and easy to use

The color is great and the size is perfect for our living room. It is also a lot faster than the other smart TV I owned a couple years ago!

Killer picture , bought a sound bar with and I’m super happy !

My husband and I are new to this whole "smart tv" idea and were a little nervous and unsure about it. However this tv was very easy to set up and has proved to be user friendly. Great picture quality. No complaints here so far...

So far the TV is good, though I did start with what seemed to be a defective model (dimming randomly). However once I got a new one, the colors are great, vibrant, fast response with Apps, you have a wide choice of apps to choose from. The Colors, Contrasts and black overall are above average. Getting a free month of sling has allowed me to test it out to see if it is worth it, so far can't complain, can start, resume, start over movies whenever I want along with tv shows that are playing over cable/air at the same time, and I can add packages as I see fit. Blue is $20, Orange is $40 a month, overall I'd say given the price you pay, it seems worth it,,,so far..your mileage may very depending on what tv channels you prefer but I like the la carte options so far compared to overpriced Charter. HDR though not native on this version, its more of a "virtualization" than anything, but still does a great job of making color pop, 4k content looks good, though I noticed the blacks are not totally crisp(but again, that is more nitpicking than anything more than likely you won't notice it enough to be anywhere near an issue) this is a $1k tv, you want true HDR expect to shell out $1400 or more, HDR is fantastic but is dependent on content that can use it (PS4 pro, and Xbox ONe X 4k games looking absolutely mind-blowing lol play god of war on a 65 inch 4k samsung you will not be disappointed absolutely gorgeous eye candy, ...swoon! lol). but in the end, depends on what you are willing to spend. but at just under $1k during a sale this is a impressively good performing TV for the price. I love Samsung I have a 40" LCD 120hz flat-screen I bought in 2009/2010. not a single dead pixel lol still works flawlessly You want a tv that last more than 5 years approaching 10 without issues, Samsung is your best bet. You get what you pay for, on all the "performance tiers of $799 or less, $1k and above, you are getting a TV that holds up physically to long term use, and also looks amazing. All have their options associated with their price points; but all work wonderfully. I can't stress enough how great Samsung has been.

The Samsung smart tv that we bought has been great. The color of the picture and ease of use has been exactly what we were looking for.

I love my new Samsung 65" Ultra HD TV ! The picture quality is amazing and I love the smart features ! Highly recommend this Samsung !
