Great TV, Some Issues, Poor Geek Squad Service.

One minor issue if you are a gamer is that game mode occasionally switches off mid game causing the screen to go black for about 5 to 10 seconds before it returns. Reading Samsung forums many others have the same issue with no resolution. Purchasing Geek Squad protection is basically worthless. Had the issue looked at once in person and they were not bale to correct. Contacting them again has been a hassle and told they need to come out 4 times before it can be replaced,.
