Started to hang in 6 months

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a bit of research before buying a 65 inch and then thought of buying the qled. The picture quality is good however the tv started to hang in just 6 months. The tv has to be unplugged and then it starts working again. Not sure how long will that last. Called Best Buy but they don’t own device issues. I have been suggested to call Samsung. Will update...
