The 65" q 6 is a good 4 m tv for the sale price. But the hdmi arc dose not work. I wish I would have done more reviews from orther sites. We bought a sound bar 24 days later to late for return on the tv. Not pleased with not being able to exchange for a Sony.

We bought the TV based on features that it is supposed to have. We have a smaller on already. When we spoke to salesman about these features he failed to tell us they wouldn't work if not connected to cable box. Yes we told him how we would be using the TV.

Love the TV, but… the remote fails bluetooth connection several times a day, sometimes seconds after pairing it. It has behaved this way all along but it just keeps getting worse. Extremely aggravating.

HD Channels are blanking out & in!

Everything appeared to be fine until I connected to my Directv Genie. Suddenly, all of the HD Channels began to blink out and in? Samsung said I needed the latest software update? The software update was 1 of the 1st things I checked and they were up to date. Samsung mailed me a Thumb drive with the latest update and it's dated 2016-2017?? My Directv regular definition channels do not blink in and out. Apps were fine. Tried switching HDMI ports and same issue. Used the same HDMI cables on my old TV and everything works properly. Have had 2 different Directv techs to my home and 2 calls to Directv's customer Support. All points to a problem with the TV! So, it will be returned soon !!

We tested this setup in our lab and did not find any issues. It is possible that the blinking in and out you are experiencing is due to your cable or source. I would recommend trying another cable to connect your DirecTV Genie to this TV.

This purchase was my husband's idea. Too much money for the picture quality. I would have preferred to spend less and gotten the same quality picture that I had seen on many other t.v.'s.

I am sorry that you are not completely happy with the image quality of your Q6F TV. Please know that the TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. It also has several preset picture modes and many custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking. The Dynamic Mode is our typical store demo mode and is the brightest among all presets. Standard Mode is ideal for home and everyday viewing. Movie Mode is the closest setting to calibration the way the director intended as it uses less enhancements and will likely result in the truest picture.
In addition, the quality of the image on your screen depends on the source and the connection. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

I cant use this with our older vcr or any thing that has component or rca jacks that is all I don't like about it . IT ONLY USES hdmI cables not so great as I cant use my old video tapes I would not have bought it if I had know before hand.

Great picture but the tv turns itself on in the middle of the night and wakes me up about to return this garbage tv shouldn’t have to unplug a new tv every night so I can sleep
