    So the sales associate tells me that it was the last day for me to purchase the tv that I wanted on Sunday because it will not be on sale the next day. And I looked at the add and it tells me original price 2,000 and on sale for 1,299. So the following day it's still same sale price but now its saying original price 1,799 and on sale for 1,299 and it's the same exact tv so I dont understand why they be changing the original price. And the guy liying to me so I can buy it. Not cool at all. Other than that the tv is amazing

    My kid broke my old Sony Bravia so time for a new TV. Been eyeing the Samsung for quite some time. After doing all the research and looking at all the reviews, I was on the fence. I said lets switch it up and try some thing different. I went with the Samsung Q series . Now keep in mind, I had spent $$$$$ In a multi zone Denon AV surround sound for my Home theater just a few years ago. Hook up the TV, looks great! Hook up the Denon AVR. Spent Hours programing, testing and switching HDMI cables trying to get it to work properly. (remote would not power on AV receiver through HDMI) . Everything else was working normally. Volume, Channel, power off. Then spent days looking online, at manuals and talking to fellow AV guys. I Couldn't take it anymore. I had to know. I went back to Best Buy where I bought the TV's and AV components and bought a new Sony Bravia to test it. Everything worked perfect with the Sony. So I am returning the Samsung. Sad thing is, the picture on the Samsung seemed slightly better, just couldn't interface properly with the Denon AVR and I'm not willing to toss my whole stereo system installation to accommodate the TV. Sorry Samsung. Get it together with the HDMI interface. I'm Sticking with Sony.

    Great TV, Don't use the "smart" part

    Excellent visual and aesthetics. Have trouble with the smart functions, they lock up or the sound works half the time (can be fixed by closing and restarting the tv app, but that is annoying). Get a fire stick or apple tv to go with it.

    This tv has performed well for the last 3 yrs. The resolution is very good, and has great refresh rate. Only complaint is the remote. Not a fan of it. Disonnects occasionally.

    Pricing was far below OLED! Very good internal OTA tuner for those that want to cut the cable and use an antenna. Smart Hub is easily accessed and the Netflix, Hulu, Web browser, and Prime apps work quite

    For what’s considered one of the top TVs in the consumer electronics world I was not impressed. Brightness is piercingly bright, even with brightness level all the way down, gave me a headache. That’s not the end of the world. What really is disappointing is it’s black levels and motion rate. In dark scenes you can’t see anything. And when you add any fast paced action it becomes a huge blur. Sports you can see the picture skipping slightly. Expected more with Samsung’s top tv line and all the good reviews. Will be going back to pick up an OLED.

    I bought this tv 20 months ago and I haven’t even fully paid it yet, I bought This for 24 months financing and now it’s started turning on and off by itself. I called costumer service, we did some troubleshooting, but to no avail, I know I’m out of warranty and all they can provide me is a call from service center near me, which is giving me an estimate in which I can buy a brand new tv. This is not the first time I had an issue with a Samsung tv, I have a 50 inches Samsung that is still have an ongoing issue, I never learned my lesson. Now my tv is turning on and off by itself as I am writing this review so disgusting for a very expensive and unreliable tv, what a really waste of my hard earned money, sorry but I would never buy this brand of tv ever again, now I have 2 more Samsung tv sizes 50 and 58 that I rarely used, that I just waiting to breakdown for apparent reason.

    I was hoping it was due to bad weather but the picture is not clear and the color and contour is blurry . I was expecting a vivid and clear picture. I did not know if you go with a bigger screen it does that. So disappointed. We bought this brand before and had a missing pixel line down the side. This time it is an acuity issue.

    Dual Band internet

    It seems very unusual that a brand new TV 2018, does not support dual band internet and for that, I am having a lot of issues with connectivity and speed. TV only connects to 2.4 GHz, like an old TV.

      Your router location and distance from the TV is an important consideration -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.

    This TV is a piece of crap! It doesn't work, then it works, then it doesn't. Get legit tech support from Samsung is a JOKE. Best Buy sells you on this TV with the 4K ULTRA - there is nothing that streams in 4K - it's such a joke, so you go home expecting the TV to look as good in the showroom and it doesn't. The soundbar shuts off, the speakers shut off, the remote works maybe 1 out of 7 days. I'm going to pack this piece of crap up and return it!
