I am replacing a 55" Samsung Tv I bought in 2011, an LED HD 1080 smart tv that I guess wore out. The new TV is a 65" and is quite an upgrade to the first. I also purchased the soundbar which works seamlessly with the b tv wirelessly. It works well for music listening with out the TV. The voice command is really much better than any others I have experienced, like AppleTV 3. I chose the top Samsung QLED over the top LG OLED because on the OLED details in dark areas of the screen were lost. The QLED is much brighter. I really like this TV and my Best Buy shopping experience was good too.

The Samsung QLED smart TV 65-inch is by far the best picture i have ever seen!! STUNNING!! Produces over a billion colors and creates deep contrasts for a rich viewing experience, and 4K technology.

I mostly like this TV for one feature, ambient mode. Now I find myself watching it more than my other TV. I like the brightness on it and how the stand supports are set far apart. Which makes placing my sound bar under it better than using my NU8000. The design is very nice as well. The UI is familiar so the ease of use is high. I'm very happy with this TV.

Extremely good color for both movies and video games! (PS4) 4K images are vivid and very clear and the sound is amazing. Keep in mind this is after a month, but it blows the Sony I had out the window.

Great TV for the price. Nice picture and very easy to setup. Enjoy the streaming ability of this and easy to use remote control. 65" is a good size for most rooms without being over powering for the room

I upgraded from my Samsung 55 inch that was 4 years old, wanted to start streaming in 4k and a larger tv on my wall. The only issue is the glare during the day, but that was brought to my attention before I purchased. Easy to connect devices, etc. The apps respond very fast which is nice, just a great tv. Got the tv for 999 since they matched NewEgg.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. This television offers a great picture and lots of smart features. The picture is crisp and clear and presents vivid color! A great addition to our family.

This TV does it al and gives the room the wow factor. Every time we have guest over for to watch sports I get tons of comments on great the picture looks. I made sure I read tons of reviews before making this big purchase and I definitely got what I was looking for. Great pictures and awesome features. The only negative I can give this TV is that at times apps glitch a bit at times. Nothing huge and it will do it randomly for a second or two. All my other smart TVs are picking up on the wireless signal and this one is hard wired. However, it’s just something I noticed that has happened maybe 5 or 6 times and I have own the TV for a couple of months. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I’m enjoying the amazing picture quality! Brilliant colors and deep blacks and sharp details make the images look almost 3D! Watching 4K is a amazing experience. Don’t know why I waited so long!

A little more expensive but the sleek design and great picture quality make it worth it! The 65 inch mounted surprisingly doesn’t feel too big. The smart features also work great.

I purchased this TV 11 months ago and have been very happy with it. Great picture, color, refresh rate. Great for video games and a great user interface. After 11 months, it developed a spot of dead pixels about 1/8” in diameter right in the middle of the screen. I contacted Samsung and they were going to send out a repair tech to fix it. Found out there are no repair techs within 300 miles of my home. They offered me replacement, and within a week, I received an RA number from Best Buy after Samsung approved it, and I walked out with a new TV. Great customer service and I will buy Samsung again.

I find this TV easy to use and it generally looks really good. The apps are simple to use and the settings are easy to change. I still need to take advantage of the voice commands. But it was simple to set up, and it works well with my home wi-fi, seldom disconnecting. The self-loaded apps work easily. One weakness with the Netflix streaming app is the lack of a star rating system, instead using a thumbs up or down icon. I had a lot of "judder" watching movies, but I was able to use the adjustments to alleviate that problem. One thing, I thought the TV was a higher resolution. Listed as "4K," it's really more like 2-3K. I bought a 4K Bluray and I expected the image to be sharper. Still, the TV is a good purchase. not sure if I'd buy it again because of the resolution. But generally speaking, it's a good product.

I researched TV'S and prices. This a great TV, good quality amazing picture, easy to use features, and easy to set up. I would and have recommended this TV, and Bestbuy.

Overall, we're digging this TV quite a bit. It was easy to set up, looks incredible, and the smart features are a lot of fun.

I’m very happy with the picture on the TV and the smoothness of the apps and UI. Movies, TV shows, and video games all look phenomenal. Switching between inputs and apps is unbelievably smooth, and the apps open and load quickly. My only complaints: 1) Sometimes characters on TV shows and video games seem to have a spectral aura around them. I might be able to fool with the settings to eliminate this, but I haven’t found the magic setting yet. 2) There is a slight delay between turning the TV on and having it connect to the WiFi. It isn’t a huge deal, but sometimes I forget and get frustrated when Netflix won’t load. It certainly isn’t a dealbreaker for me, but if you’re very impatient, this is something to keep in mind. 3) Yesterday my girlfriend and I actually had time to sit down and watch a movie together for the first time in a very long time, but the Amazon Prime Video app wouldn’t load. It was there, and the little preview menu would load and show our watchlist, but we couldn’t open the app itself. It would click like it was going to open, but never would. I tested it when I woke up this morning, and it worked fine, but I was pretty agitated yesterday when we weren’t able to watch the movie we wanted. I upgraded from an old Vizio E-series and went with Samsung this time partly because I was so unhappy with Vizio’s apps and UI, so having issues with one of my primary apps on this TV less than a month after purchasing has me a little concerned. If I can get that aura issue fixed and have no other issues with apps between now and January, I fully intend to buy another one of these in a slightly smaller size for a different room.

I recently had a 1 year old vizio 65" TV die on me an I figured it was time to spend a little more on a higher end model. This Samsung really appealed to me because of its picture quality. The colors are phenomenal for the price. The 4k works beautifully with the rest of my setup. I also like Samsungs operating systems on this TV, it's quick an smooth switching from apps to other apps to input sources. The way the operating system works seems much for user friendly than others I've dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend this TV if you're looking for an entry level higher end TV.

Wasn’t sure about the TV but got a great price since it was last years model. Couldn’t be happier with the picture, super slim and easy to navigate.

I bought this tv on sale during Black Friday to replace a Samsung 48” tv that I’ve had for about 8-10 years. I’ve had great luck with Samsung’s TVs as the old tv is still working fine and just moving to another room of the house. This new tv is excellent. The picture quality and sound quality are very impressive especially when watching something that’s in true 4K. Also I love the new technology in the tv remote as well. I am able to have full control of the tv, my blue ray player, my att U-verse cable box, and my xbox all with just the remote control for the new tv.

This is for my Daughter and Son-in-law. They're first Christmas. I'm a Sony person, my Daughter is not. She had no problem setting this up without mine or anyone else's help. I must say it has a very crisp picture. I think the colors are over saturated by default or some algorithm, it just seems Samsung's colors are too vibrant, not realistic. The 4K content is really impressive. I have not noticed any motion blur in the movies. I haven't watched it very much but they really like it. Her reaction tells me more than anything else. My Daughter is very discerning.

After our 10 year old Samsung 52" started losing video at random times we decided it was time for a new one. Our old TV still had a great picture and we wanted at least the same quality or better. After checking out all the TV's we decided on this one. It has a gorgeous picture and a great price. Even though this TV is 65" it didn't take up much more room than the old 52", the bezel around this one is about 4" narrower. All picture!
