the picture was really nice until it wasn't. i haven't had it three years yet and there's a huge yellowish bar down the center. it started a little less than a year ago, and was really thin at first, but it widened over time. no idea how it happened either. no one physically touches the TV. also the smart options are cool if you're into that kind of thing? i'm not, so they just sort of get in the way. like i have multiple gaming consoles, and every time you plug one in, the TV has to "recognize the device" first instead of just switching and letting you go. sometimes it will switch only to stop everything to recognize anyway. wish i could at least say it lasted a long time, but this is genuinely the least amount of time i've had a TV before it wore out. ambient mode's nice though. sound quality is hit or miss. sometimes it's great! but depending on what app you run, it can be wildly quiet.

Sharp picture, good sound and it was easy to set up. I’m glad I decided on this model and I’m happy with my new tv.

I am really enjoying this purchase. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Great size and fits perfectly in my living room where I have cathedral ceiling. Prefer wall mount.

After spending 2 weeks shopping around for a new TV I finally decided on this one (65 inch) and I was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, once it was set up and turned on I immediately noticed burn out around the edges (see photos). I contacted Best Buy immediately and they sent out a new one but that one had the same issue. I called Best Buy once again and they gave me the option to have a technician come out to diagnose the issue, which was found to be Burn Out in multiple areas of the display. It was confirmed that both BRAND NEW TVs were defective by the Geek Squad technician so I called Best Buy to find out the options available to resolve the issue. I was told that if I went with the repair option and they could not repair it I would receive a $100 GIFT CARD for a $1000+ purchase instead of a full refund, so I had no choice but to return the tv and purchase a new one from a different brand and retailer. As a card holder with Best Buy I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled considering how much I was inconvenienced during this entire process.

I bought this tv based on positive reviews and the fact that I’ve bought several Samsung tvs though the years. Very bright display. Picture quality isn’t any better than a 2010 model I retired before I bought this one. Dissatisfied and disappointed. My bad for buying this online. I’ve decided that I can’t return this tv due to living two hours away from a Best Buy. Lesson learned. Has a white spot on bottom corner from putting on the feet of the tv.

Very happy with my tv! Sound is great, picture is perfect and it’s so thin!

We bought this for our living room. We like that it has such a bright screen because we often have sunlight flooding the room. We play the Nintendo switch on it but are not huge gamers. Our Wi-Fi is okay, but not fiber. Every once in awhile it buffers but that is if we have a lot of other devices attached to the Wi-Fi.

Anytime you go with Samsung, you can't really lose. Great picture, nice features, simple set up. Not as clear as in the store, but I am sure a little tweaking of settings will get it there. its a samsung. you can expect a great tv.

Excellent picture details, great sound, I love it.

Its a good tv overall but for the price there are some things that it issnt very good at. When the screen gets dark at night you can see very uneven brightness from the edge lighting. But if you dont mind that its such a good tv

We are enjoying our Samsung 65" QLED. Shopping at Best Buy made our purchase that much easier. Our sales tech was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us along with making our final decision.

Incredible picture, many free apps to use, easy functions and easy to program.
