If you have the space for it this is the better deal. Great clear picture, good sound, the smart home page is snapy and has minimal to no start up lag when turning the TV on. Definitely satisfied with this purchase especially if you buy it on sale like i did.

I have no complaints! Image is crisp and sound is great. My only wish would be for the speakers to not be on the back of the tv only because it makes it really loud in the next room if we're watching tv.

It took about 15 minutes. I thought that I was calling the store to make sure that this tv was in stock. Picking up the tv at the store and putting it in my vehicle only took about 3 minutes . The tv has great picture and we are very hard with it.

Picture is good and doesn't take too long to learn the apps/set up. Only had it a few months and curious to see how this solar remote works out. Bought the TV because the back was nearly perfectly flat - no "bump"

Slow OS and crappy remote.

Moving through the menu doesn’t always work. Not sure if it’s just the remote or the OS too. The remote is the worst. Either it doesn’t work, or won’t stop moving through selections. And it unpairs frequently. If it wasn’t so slow and the remote worked, I’d give it 5.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Q60B TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
To address the remote issue you've mentioned, you may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote still will not pair, please also check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.

My Best Buy Experience

Assist me with any product. I ask for. I am purchasing a ebike in Mar for 2100. During home delivers the technician put together my cabinets and set up my TVs. I am very satisfied with best buy service and credit card. Plan on getting and ipad, and scooter.

My first one has some tiny pixels out but I was able to exchange it. the QLED shows a great picture. I paired it with a sound bar and a mount and I feel like I'm in a theater in the comfort and control of my own home.
