Sammsung has always had higher quality TVs than their competitiion at comparable price ranges. This particular version has great resolution but the sound quality through its own speakers is a little bit weak. Easy to set up and install.

Picture is very bright and clear. Colors seem perfect. It has options to alter the color tone for what I think looks best. Only negative is that tiny remote. It is too easy to tap the little volume button and mute the sound.

Replaced a 43” Samsung with this 65”. Great picture, average sound. Now having problems with internet connection. Don’t know if the problem is with the TV or my ISP. However, the smaller set was working fine.

it has great color sound and ease of use. i can use youtulube and peacock and netflix with ease. remote has voice recognition. it also is easy to use with roku

Excellent quality with an affordable price and a great selection of pre-installed apps

The picture and tech features are excellent. My only negative is the Tizen operating system which doesn't work as well as some others like Chromecast or Roku. I generally use the Chromecast app as the operating system. I do use the Tizen to access over the air programming from an antenna. Otherwise, I had a little difficulty learning how to operate the set without an owners manual. Some how-to videos helped out with this, and now I have it pretty well under control. I'm told that OLED is better than this QLED set's picture, but I don't see it. I looked at both of them in the store and didn't see that much difference. That might be my eyes, but whatever, I got a good set for much lower cost.

Excellent TV beautiful picture and I love the no battery remote

We wanted a bigger tv for our bedroom and this one is just the right size. The sound system is less than the best which is why four not five stars. The biggest plus is we use CC and this tv is easier to read.
