TV was great. Picture was awesome.... until my kid tripped and fell and bumped into the tv stand and without even hitting the tv it cracked the screen 24 days after purchase. I'm guessing it was the torque of the weight of tv vs the rear mount. Will purchase again sometime, I hope

Returned it.... Samsung imho has poor sound/speakers (difficult to hear dialog) and really poor color/picture setup. It’s as if they tweak it to win in brightness and color testing but never try to configure for real world viewing. Is it bright, YES... is it colorful, YES... is it possible to adjust the picture quality to be good... meh... we tried every adjustment, YouTube video... still just too bright or too dim, to vivid or too dull... Instead we got the Sony OLED and out of the box the picture is AMAZING. OLED quality itself is stunning but Sony really just nails the chipset color/picture settings right out of the box.. never touched an adjustment. it’s simply stunning.

The Q900R is a superior 8k tv with great AI upscaling of regular content. The only knock with this model is the dimming zones that feature black and white like movie credits. The black sometimes bleeds onto the white. Other than that it’s great tv, no jittering like with the new Q800TS or it’s awful AI upscaling. This model is solid.

This is my third Samsung TV, which was manufactured in February of 2020. Samsung calls it as a 2019 model? The fiber optic cable can not be bent and a loop of not less than 4 inches. It only comes with a 15 foot long and cost over 300 dollars to replace. you think that Samsung would show off the 8K with a Bonus FREE UHD video pack movies., LIKE THEY DID WHEN 4K came out!

Just horrible dirty screen effect. Noticed it all the time. Put on some white slides and you will be shocked at the poor uniformity. Really pathetic IMO and completely unacceptable. Also found quite a bit of dead black pixels when viewing grey and white slides. This TV would not display any form of 4k RES on my AMD RADEON VII. The TV also gets hot in the back. Wait for a better 8k tv option with proof on connectivity and content unless you watch a lot of streaming 4k content such as movies and tv shows, then you will see cool 8k upscale if you sit 2 feet from the 65 tv (as soon as you get 3 feet away its pointless.) Maybe just watch the 8k retail loop to show off 8k and use it for 8k usb photos, great justification for 1500-3k cash.

I've waited a while to review this to make sure I am truly happy with it...and I am! It's a bit expensive, but I think the technology will last without being upstaged by a newer, better one longer than other TV's; the 8k up scaling being the reason I say that. It has a great picture. It is very clear and even crappier looking older films, or shows that haven't been restored look great. This is my 2nd Samsung TV. The first one I bought in 2013 and it is still working great, but we wanted a little bigger and better picture in our living room. Now my son can use the older TV for the living room downstairs. I have been very happy with Samsung TV's and I Highly recommend this QLED 8K.

8k Qled is a hit TV.. I love watching things in 8k if I can.. definitely helps 4k and 5k to its top potential too. 65 inches is a great size..TV is everything I thought it would be.

No 8k content yet, but it’s better to be future proof! This TV is amazing and I guarantee that you’ll watch it for hours every day!

Had the 4k Qled for a few years and really liked it thought there was none better till I saw the 8k Qled and the picture blew me away on a one to ten scale I give it a 10 plus.

I'm very happy with this tv. The picture is stunning! Apps and settings are easy to use. I recommend.

a must buy even though 8k is not the norm at the moment. The picture quality is amazing and is a must for me as I plan on playing ps5 on this.

purchased this TV as an open item for a significantly reduced priced. I initially thought I was fortunate to find out that this TV came with the one connect box and cable cause it can be very costly to replace ($300 for the cable alone). Turns out I was not so fortunate as the cable that came with the TV turned out to be defective and didn't allow the TV to work properly. I've purchased a replacement since this discovery and now have a beautiful 8k TV in my living room that I can't wait to see with some 8k content (Xbox or PS5).

Picture quality is fabulous. No sound bar is required. Easy to load APPS. Decent E-manual to help you out.

Actually it can be priced down by $100s, but I haven't got the full gust of it yet. So the verdict is still out. Love the size and the way it shows movies. When watching TV, it makes you think you are actually at the shooting as it is filmed or better put on site at the actual making of the video or live tv setting. Sound isn't as much surround as they claimed but still good. I'm waiting for that 8K effect to just jump out at me!

Love the set! Glad I got it. Great picture and amazing features. Make sure to buy it from Best Buy and let the Geek Squad install it as its really heavy and a little fragile. Let them own any dealing with Samsung who can be a little difficult to deal with. Best Buy is THE place to buy a big TV. Their In house Samsung rep was so knowledgeable. The other sales people walked me thru my decision process.

Outstanding performance love everything about this TV. My only issues I had happened between switching too different inputs (ie), cable to xbox or another app on the TV, it sometimes turns off my TV, and at times seems slow switching between the different inputs. I regularly check for updates. Other than that, I love the TV. It really sounds well with my new Denon AVRRX3600H, and Klipsch speakers.

closest to watching in a theater you will get at home. Movies look REAL like your right there with them. I highly recommend you get a native ultra HD 4k player if you dont have an xb1x or better. The glare protection means you can enjoy a movie anytime not just at night. You will need a surround system. T.v. isn't very loud but the picture is amazing.
