The anti-glare with this TV added a substantial cost to to the product, but for a bright room with many windows it was well worth it!

This happens without using the remote and is very frustrating. Can not locate any setting to resolve this and will need to contact customer service or may need to return. Very inconvenient for a brand new tv.

Thanks for your review. The pop-up feature you’re seeing is called Daily Board. It uses motion detection or voice commands to show useful info like the weather and connected device status when the TV screen is off. To disable Daily Board, press the 123/Quick Settings button on your remote, go to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Daily Board, then switch off any enabled options.

Great OLED TV

A little concerned about figuring out this new model, but set up went well for me. Pretty intuative. One month in, very satisfied. Haven't gotten it on the wall yet but the adjustable feet worked on our small TV stand, for now.

Handles all of the apps I have downloaded. Sports look really good and watching 4k looks incredible. Has 4 hdmi ports which is what I wanted.

This TV fit perfectly in our budget, was a great size and even had anit-glare technology which is very convenient considering our TV is in a very bright room.
