Amazing TV! It looks great on my wall! The frame option is amazing. My mother actually thought it was a picture frame!

We love the TV but...the biggest pain is Geeksquad won't hide wire. You can by an in wall rated wire but the thickness is different and it is almost $200. Other you need to install yourself or have an electrician do it. Samsung is ridiculous not to include an in wall rated cable with the tv, isn't the entire purpose of the TV to make it look like a picture?? Annoying..tv remote can be laggy. Despite all this it is an amazing TV.

The TV is nice and frame looks good, however the wall mount that it comes with was not able to be placed on my wall. The installers made me purchase a new wall mount at the time of installation. Therefore, my TV does not sit exactly against the wall. They recommended I “cut a hole“ in the wall to put in the box so that wires, etc. are not visible. The TV picture and sound quality is good but nothing spectacular.

I have been waiting 2 years to buy a Frame TV. Finally purchased one and am so so happy with it! I honestly wish I purchased it sooner. Super fun to set up art on the screen and really adds charm to our living space. Love that the remote doesn't need batteries (solar powered) and that it came with a wall mount. Only downside is you have to get a subscription to access more art than that is provided.

A major upgrade to the image quality, form factor and audio from the frame I purchased four years ago. Installation is super easy and I mounted myself and had fully installed in less than an hour. The 65" mount is different that then 55" - two pieces instead of one so if you are upgrading, you'll need to swap out mounts. TV easy set up with SONOS, but still unable to get the sound control for the speakers to work through the Samsung remote (appears to be a known and common issue).

Great TV. Very good picture and sound quality. Even better was the BestBuy (Geek Squad) installation crew that removed our old television and installed the new one. Two guys brought the new Samsung, and made sure that all aspects of the installation was done correctly. Upon completion of there excellent work they made sure we fully understood the operation and maintenance of our new TV. Thank you very much BestBuy for the Great quality and service you provide.

Very cool TV. The image is excellent, the sound is good and the picture / frame functionality is awesome. It is pretty cool to be able to select a piece of art and show it in the screen as a wall decoration. Because this tv is so flat (like a frame), it does need a second component connected to the screen with a slim cable. It is important to hide this cable in order to achieve the “frame” effect.

Great concept. Love the look. At the same time I bought an LG OLED TV and it also offers art, which is MUCH prettier. The difference is it doesn’t offer flush mount like the Frame tv. Also, they are not Android. I have Apple everything else in my house, but strongly prefer android tv. Apps are much better and easier to load on android.

You probably want to get a different colored frame to look less like a tv, but it's a really nice tv and a picture on the wall. Get this if you have a tv in a place you don't want to look at a tv. Got this for my wife so we didn't have a "black hole" over our fireplace. If you just need a tv and don't care about it looking like a tv, there are better options for the money.

We are very happy with our Sumsung TV. It is hung iver our foreplace and the first thing you see when you walk through our frint door. It looks so much better than a regular TV. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it. The only negative isnthat samsung charges $4.99 per month for a the upgraded art catalog. I feel thats quite pricey, but it is a good selection.

Beautiful looking TV. The reason I give it a 4 Star is because Samsung wants you to subscribe to their art gallery. They do not even give you ONE sample that you can use. Also, if your new to the frame series, keep in mind that the motherboard is separate from the TV so you would need to make space for it somewhere.

Had thought about buying a console allowing the tv to be lowered to hide it, but decided on this solution instead. Purchased this tv to be both a source of entertainment and unobtrusive. The Frame TV exceeds our expectations on both counts. Several have commented on the fact that the art looks beautiful, and the tv is excellent. Couldn’t be more pleased.

This TV is exactly what we needed. My wife wanted something other than a TV in our living room and I wanted a bigger TV and this was the perfect compromise. The quality is great and the single wire made it super easy to hide it in the wall so it looks like a piece of art instead of a giant TV. The picture quality is great too!

Very happy with this purchase. It looks great on or off(art mode). However, Make sure you are happy with the mount placement because it won’t be easy to get them to redo it. My wife doesn’t like having a TV in the living room, but this has made much more enjoyable for her because she forgets it’s there when it’s not on.

The picture quality is great, and the tv looks great with my decor. Some of the features take some time to get used to and connecting my xfinity remote was easy but i do still have issues getting the xfinity remote to completely cutoff the tv. It typically puts it into art mode.
