Fortunately, we had done our research as the salesperson knew very little about the model and actually gave some incorrect information. So far we are pretty satisfied with the TV. The sharpness of the picture leaves something to be desired and the "artwork" looks like a digital picture. It doesn't look like a painting, etc., but we have decided to keep the TV since it IS very thin and hugs the wall.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of The Frame TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, you may want to try adjusting additional expert picture settings.
Go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to configure the TV settings with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Picture Clarity Settings, Contrast Enhancer, and many more. We recommend adjusting sharpness and picture clarity settings to provide you with a sharper image.
To ensure that your TV’s picture is optimized, please also sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.
Please know you can also adjust Art Mode settings from your SmartThings app. Tap the Art Mode button located in the upper right corner, then tap settings. You can change the brightness, color tone, night mode, sleep after settings, and motion detector sensitivity.
