do not buy open boxes and di not buy new products. Store manager will tell you is your responsibility to check the inside of box despite the fact it say EXCELLENT CONDITION, Do not buy the product. Installation service and extended warranty is circus . I posted here and my review was removed after my ordeal.

I switched from projectors to a TV and this was my choice. Couldnt be happier! The picture and sound quality are amazing! Only downside for me is thatbl the remote is a little janky for the quality of tv and there is no fiber optic input. Great buy!

The Samsung U8000F has crisp 4K picture, smooth motion, and the Tizen smart system is easy to use with plenty of apps and free Samsung TV Plus content. The sleek design looks great, and SmartThings integration is a bonus. The only downsides are that HDR brightness isn’t as strong as higher-end models and there’s no optical audio out—only HDMI eARC or Bluetooth. Still, for the price, it’s an excellent choice for streaming, gaming, and everyday use.

Needed a quick functional replacement for a 55” that accidentally got whacked by the kids playing in the living room with a plastic baseball bat. Off to Best Buy for the rescue! Found this gem on sale and available for immediate take home! Problem solved and surprisingly really happy with the larger size (65”) and the clear picture quality! Definitely a great find find at a great price! The remote is not the most user friendly but learning how to use it.

This is a great upgrade from our 49" LG that we bought 8 years ago. 65 inches is perfect for our room, and the picture quality is great. The price didn't break the bank, and the family is happy. Recommended if you want a larger tv!

Great tv for the price. Unfortunately the first one they gave me looked like someone bought it and broke it then tried to put it back in the box like it wasnt used. The film missing on the screen was a giveaway. But store handled it good and swapped it out for me with no issues. Sound quality is good. Picture is definitely an upgrade from old tv i had.

As someone who has never owned a smart tv it is pretty easy to used to. Very compatible with my samsung phone and is very easy to connect blue tooth devices to. Even better that it detects when i turn on my playstation and turns itself on and switches over to the hdmi port without me connecting to it.

Love this TV. Super quick set up. Only issue has been the remote. I have to press buttons several times before it works. Doesn’t matter if I’m close or far from the TV it doesn’t choose an option unless I press buttons more than once.

This Samsung Crystal UHD is amazing. The clarity and colors are much better than my previous TV. The setup was very straightforward, and the smart features are extremely fast. It's a great addition to my living room.

Picture is crisp. Color is believable. Side view of screen is clear unlike other models where side view is distorted. Sound from TV without sound bar is excellent. This is our 2nd purchase of this model this month. I also purchase the 43" in this series 40 days ago. I also love the free Samsung channel line-up. Samsung has great customer support.

Overall quality picture, some washout and reflection when outside light (sunlight) fills the room. Black is not as dark as advertised. Chico floor sale reps lack real knowledge of these products.

I bought this Samsung TV for my bedroom and it’s been awesome so far. The picture is super clear and the colors look really nice, whether I’m watching movies, shows, or YouTube. The built-in apps make it easy to get to Disney+, Netflix, and everything else without extra devices. It also works well with Alexa, so I can turn it on or open apps just by asking. The sound is good for a bedroom, and the size feels just right from my bed. Really happy with this purchase — it makes movie nights way better.
