Overall great product was disappointed that we Had to purchase additional cords for start up. Wrinkle setting was not clear that it actually does a spray down of the item completely instead of just dampening that’s why it did not get 5 stars

We bought this dryer to replace our Maytag 1970's era dryer. The difference is phenomenal! The sq. Ft. Of the drum is amazing, and all the different drying and steaming features are even better!

I love this dryer. The steam option is fantastic for those of us who don't remove the clothes promptly. The barrel on this dryer is very large and fits my king size comforter. Excellent product

This dryer is beautiful! I works great and lots of room!! I love to little tunes it plays at the end of drying :) The settings are perfect and you can adjust them very easily as well. I haven't used the steam yet.

My husband and I purchased about a month ago and we're pretty happy with it. The only con would be that it takes 2 cycles to dry a comforter and thicker items like towels (we tried the bedding setting and it still took 2 tries on high heat).

We picked this up on sale and it does a great job. Only reason it isn't 5-stars is that it's a little loud and the "chime" at the end is a bit excessive. Neither are deal-breaks in my opinion though. Does a great job at what it's supposed to do.

We have used this dryer like crazy since we bought it. Best Buy techs set it up quickly and it has done a great job drying all our clothes, which have been a lot. We love this Samsung dryer.

Replaced my non-drying gas dryer. Have not been happy with gas dryer performance for years going back to previous unit at former house, and it seems like electric is the answer.

Eager and drier are great, but stick out ten inches from the wall because the installers (free installation) refused to cut the 5’ vent hose down to 6” needed for our connection.

I'm am impressed with the Samsung washer. It is smart and will figure your water levels automatically, helping to conserve water. Many settings and I have been nothing but happy with this machine

Excellent so far. Dries fluffy and wrinkle free. I neglected to have the door changed to the left, so it is a little awkward for me. Will have to try to asve Best Buy redo it if I can.

This machine has so many different settings, Heavy duty, towels, delicates, steam away, etc. So many options with child lock, drum light and it even has manual dry option,

It was easy to order on line, I have bought a similar item like it over 5 years ago. It was delivered to my door during the Covid 19 outbreak. Works great.

I would not buy this dryer again. It works, but it’s VERY loud. That’s my main complaint. We can hear it very loudly in our living room that’s on a whole different floor! It would be worth it to pay just a little more and get a quieter machine. We have owned several other dryers of different brands and none of them were as loud as this one. One more annoying thing is it plays an extremely long tune at the end of its drying cycle. I mean an ENTIRE tune/song. It’s very annoying. You can turn it off completely but then you have no alert when your clothes are done.

My wife and I were starting to look for a dryer and decided to go to Best Buy. We came across this dryer with a good price because it was returned damaged (ding). The dryer works fine and we are happy happy happy.

This is the best dryer I have owned. I love the steam cycle to throw my work shirts in first thing in the morning and have them wrinkle free when I am ready to walk out the door.

Great dryer; quick dry is one of my favorite settings 30 minutes later I have dry clothes. Convenient for small loads.

I have had this washer for 6 months and it is pretty nice and works really well. Just discover last week it has a steam function that takes wrinkles out of dried clothes....Bonus!

Have only had for a month. Only thing so far is it did not dry my bulky blanket all the way. I feel it has something to do with the sensor. Just have to make sure and open it up and flip it around so it dries all the way.

I LOVE this dryer! It gets wrinkles out of 90% of my clothes so we don’t have to iron as much at all! I love my new washer and dryer and our electric bill is less also!
