I recently purchased this dryer after my 20yr old dryer finally gave out. This is an excellent product which has many drying options. The steamer is a great option which reduces ironing.

Bought this along with the washer. Our old set was going out, so we got both the washer and dryer. couldn't be happier with them. The dryer works great and I love the music when the cycle is done!

I love the washer and dryer and have no complaints. The only thing I would say is my wife needs a stool to get to the bottom of the washer to get the clothes. Problem I had was the installation team, they hooked up the washer wrong and the water from 4 loads of laundry ended up in the basement and made a pretty big mess. The response from the Insurance team took forever and I ended up having to clean it all up myself. 3 weeks later I finally get a response that the claim was denied!!!???!!! Nobody every reached out to me to explain and I have been on the phone for weeks trying to get an answer. Hopefully tomorrow I will find out more. Used to love Best Buy but starting to seriously think about looking elsewhere! I recommend the Washer and Dryer.. but you may want to install yourself or make sure you check the installation on the first load!

At first, we loved this dryer. It worked great, has lots of room, and overall did what it should. I will say, we've been underimpressed by the "steam" functions, which was what we most liked about this model in choosing it. Basically, it doesn't produce any steam. It just sprays water on your clothes and then runs the dryer until they're wet and hot. Not at all like you imagine and we literally never use the functions because they just deliver hot, wet clothes... However, my main beef is that a couple of months ago we started noticing little brown lines appearing on our whites and lighter colored clothes. We couldn't figure out what was causing them, rust? dirt? Finally, after getting tired of ruined dress shirts and sheets I googled the issue and figured out that there is a felt gasket along the front and back of the drum that the drum slides against. The front gasket has turned brown and when wet clothes touch it it's transferring a brown mark to the clothes. Of course, I've figured this out one month after the warranty has expired. I would expect much more than nine months of use before you need to replace parts to avoid ruining your clothes. No, I wouldn't recommend this dryer due to poor design and durability.

have messed around with the setting a bit.. i love the efficiency of the dryer.. HATE the fact that no matter what the option except for timed, that my clothes never fully dry...

Very efficient, quiet and roomy. I highly recommend for a noiseless efficient wash.

I got the set for an affordable price, mostly because of the color. The interface is simple and straightforward, the volume is perfect for a family with kids and the different modes are helpful. If you don’t use or need the steam option that is okay, but a decent number of options use steam. The unit will function without steam, but you won’t have access to those other options, just be aware.

This is the perfect dryer! We had a very old one before and have had nothing but good experiences with the use of the new one!

So far since I got the dryer it have been working great. Half the time I was use to drying my clothes. And the stream option help me straight my clothes out without ironing

We’ve had this dryer for 2 weeks now and love it. It DOES come with the steamer attachment. Works great, easy to set up after delivery. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this Samsung dryer to replace a nearly 10 year old low-end cheap dryer. This new dryer is very large, has plenty of room for large loads of wet laundry, and it's drying features including the steam settings leave my clothes dry & clean. It looks great with my almost matching smaller & older Samsung washer but it was worth getting at the very nice sale in 2018. It's great! Love it.

My sister and I brought the washer and dryer set for my mom for Christmas and she loves it. The mulitiple settings are amazing, the large drum for washing is a plus, and it even spins/tosses your clothes while the washer is filling up. The dryer dries clothes completely on the first cycle. Its doesn't make any loud noise and it also places a melody when the cycle is finished

I can't say enough about how gentle this dryer is on your clothes. Plenty of room for a comforter, blanket or bedspread. I love the moisture control feature and there are many options that you can modify with the tip of your finger. Very quite when in use which is a bonus and an alarm that you can turn on to let you know your laundry is dry
