Haven’t used all the functions but so far very happy.

WE like color. The first dryer with see throw door.

Love all of the different selections and controls.

Issue we have is the cycle timer turn off early leaving cloth still damp. Not sure if user error but we have try other cycle to dry and still not working like we expected. Some time make you Feel like the 150$ dryer on timer knob work best then these fancy dryers. We recommending to friends hoping it user error.

Had reservations about purchasing a Samsung product because I heard Samsung customer service is the worst and a complete nightmare coupled with all the issues Samsung was having with every product they make. But 2 people I know have this machine and we're very happy. I wished I followed my first mind and regret the purchase. After only 25 days, The dryer would not power on. After calling geek squad and performing a series of in home tests, it was determined that there was a computer glitch or something is not working with the mother board Unbelievable. So extremely disappointed The machine is going back!

This new dryer is small and doens't dry very fast.

It’s ok...but it makes a low noise and it doesn’t seem to be twisting and turning much inside but I can’t tell because of course it stops when I open it.

Broke after 4 months, took several calls and 2 weeks to get them to validate warranty, 2 weeks to fix I had to go to the laundry mat for a month.

Our brand new dryer suddenly stopped working. It was not even a year old, so I have not thought much of it. I did all the troubleshoot listed on the Samsung website. Nothing worked. I chatted with the online support to get an appointment for a check and repair. Called on Saturday, and earliest the technician could come was Thursday. Got the call, and thankfully techs were able to come a day early on Wednesday. Right off the bet, they knew before even opening the machine that it was the belt. This belt was less than a quarter-inch thin, a flimsy-looking piece of rubber. Since techs new what precisely wrong, I got the impression that this was happening all the time. Since this is a common occurrence, I thought that they would have this belt or any belt in their truck. No, they did not. I would understand the motherboard or any circuitry but a belt? I could not believe that we have to wait over a week to get the belt fixed. We are a family of 6; 4 kids and two adults. Not having dryer this long is challenging. The machine looks really good, but I am questioning if this will be a common event every year.

It work fine but the vent warning is Annoying. I blew out my vent hose no debris every now and it will give the Warning

These are very attractive units back to the black stainless that I got scratches so easy first day I had scratches.

Dryer has tons of room. However it does not do a great job of drying clothes. I’ve had to re-run loads numerous times. Forget using the normal cycle. Even the timed cycle doesn’t work well. Not worth the money..
