Was doubtful of Samsung since I heard about the recall in them but it’s excellent!! Can do bigger loads than before and doesn’t take as much time!

The washer operates very quietly and runs great. Had it a month so far and no problems. Works as good as all the reviews I read before purchasing it.

I went to Best Buy ready to buy a more expensive model to replace our 15 year old machine. But after looking at the two units (both Samsung) I decided on this model. We are very happy with our decision. The machine is pretty quiet and dries in a reasonable amount of time. The setting options are adequate for our household of 2 adults. I gave up the glass door and the steam feature. I can simulate the steam feature by tossing a wet towel in with a shirt to freshen it up. Now that I know I can do this, I am very pleased with the decision I made. By the way, the door is usually hinged on the right side. If you want this changed, I would suggest you have Best Buy do this for you (no charge).

I bought this dryer and the washer as a pair! I couldn't be happier! This dryer is quiet and very efficient. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Replaced our old school dryer with this one. The options allowed to dry cover everything we can think of. Nice quite smooth drying. Great dryer.

I went to Best Buy to purchase another brand of washer and dryer, but they had none on display. I happened to see this set on display. It doesn't have the steam cycle, but we don't use that anyway. There was a JD Powers award sign on this set. I bought them, figuring, if we didn't like them, we could return them. My wife loves this set. The first time she used the dryer, she was in awe, using the presets, it said the drying time was 1 hour. But, it stopped after only 29 minutes! The sensor dry works! My wife loves this model (7000)

The dryer was a little hard to get use to compared to my last dryer. Now it's a breeze to work. Dries very well and I like the options in the settings.

My dryer died and I was trying to find a reasonable priced replacement. This fits perfectly, it's everything I need.

I really like my new Samsung clothes dryer. It has numerous settings and options for drying cycles. I feel the dry time is quicker than I am used to with other dryers I have used. My only complaint is the space needed for the connections to gas line and dryer vent were not considered in the measurements. Because of this, my dryer sits further away from the wall than my washer. Not the end of the world, but not the ideal situation either.

I am new to buying the more modern dryers. I first tried a Whirpool and hated it. Returned in a week. Samsung came highly recommended by the sales staff. I initially liked it because of it's large capacity. I wash a lot of clothes. It seemed to dry okay. After a few days it's making a rattling noise. I asked at Best Buy and they told me to level it. I did that but it's still rattling. I also found that I have to always use the higher settings or all the clothes aren't dried all the way. I am a bit disappointed. I was hoping for shorter drying times.

I have only had this dryer for a few days. It gets the job done, however, it does vibrate a little more than expected especially because I had the anti-vibration shock pads placed upon install. The door is reversible, so, I think that is pretty convenient. All in all, it is fairly quiet and dries well.

I wanted a clothes dryer with a sensor to turn off the cycle when the clothes are dry. I did not want energy-wasters like Steam dry or other nonsense found on $1,500 machines today. Putting stainless steel drums inside is a waste of money, too. The Samsung dryer that I purchased, my first from this mfr., does everything I need without the frills. Plus, I saved some money. I figure that in 3 years, I'll need another so this one is OK for now!

Gas model is very quick. Finish buzzer is replaced with chimed melody, refreshing touch. Lots of setting options. Well done !

Love everything about this dryer except it has NO drum light. I have always had a light in my dryers and thought it would really bother me. I am used to it and don't even notice it now. (3 weeks I've had the machine.) Otherwise it's great! It has a sensor and will shut off when things are dry. I use the wrinkle release setting and it works well.
