This dryer is ok. It's no where near as bad as the washer is. It doesn't dry as quickly as I am used to with my old dryer, but that could be because of the washer leaving the cloths so wet. One thing I do like is it will automatically extend the drying time if it senses the cloths not fully dry. However it doesnt seem to do the same with bedding. One thing for sure is don't use the eco dry setting. That takes forever! We ran our towels on that setting when we first got the dryer. It ran for over 3 hours and the towels still felt like we just put them in the dryer. We thought the dryer was faulty, but after taking the eco mode off, they dried in a reasonable amount of time. I do caution that the lint trap is terrible. I clean the screen between every load and there is still a TON of lint that stays down inside the trap, not on the screen. It builds up and once a week I have to stick a back scratcher (only thing I could find that would fit and scoop) and scoop the extra lint out. It's usually a handful or two. This can also cause the loads to take even longer to dry (not to mention start a fire).
