Great for drying large items such as comforters and blankets

i had the previous model to this one. I like this one much better. I had my new appliances delivered on Feb 24th 2017, replacing the ones i lost in Hurricane Matthew. September 4th Hurricane Irma decided to take the new ones. Best Buy had an amazing sale and their customer service was awesome.

So far so good! I like Samsung products and this one has been good.

This dryer works well. it is pretty quiet and look great

If you dont read up on thr different settings it may take a couple times to get things completely dry.

i’ve read a lot of reviews on this play purchased it and so far I love it. Much better than my old units, mainly because they were old piece of junks and this was a major upgrade. The units are super quiet and seem to clean clothes very well.

I had had the absolute pleasure of using this Active Wash set for about 5 weeks and I am in love. The set really is smart, sleek, and efficient! I had been eyeballing this set for about 6 months and I do not regret my decision to buy!!

This dryer is by far the best of the best on the market.Drying time is half of what I had before from my past driers.The digital layout is all self explanatory.If you need a washer/dryer this Samsung will definitely be your wise choice.

Don't know if I'm doing something wrong but this dryer is giving me trouble when I attempt to dry my comforter. Need to look this up to make sure its the dryer and not me. Other than that its a futuristic looking dryer with a large capacity

This is far more complicated that my previous dryer offering a ton of options. Because of that theirs been a learning curve. The eco feature seems to drag out dry times and leaves laundry to damp to be folded. I have found the dryer works well if I turn off the eco setting whenever possible.

I got the matching washer as well and they both look great with the black stainless steel. The dryer also connects to the water line for the steam cycle functions. They also link to my Samsung Smart Things app.

This dryer is great, working well and most loads are dry first pass. Two things: I am very tech savvy and the app doesn’t seem to want to work under any circumstances. Also, the door needs at least a good mediocre slam for it not to pop open mid-dry with a larger load.

The dryer has many options, some like the steam I haven't tried. I like the design of the lint trap. Pull it out and the lint is like in a deep pocket, one side flips open and its easy to remove the lint,

Washer is really good. Cleans well and works really well. However the smarthings app isn't that great for these machines. At times it doesn't connect. I don't know whats wrong with it. That is only way its receiving 4 stars. because of the app issue.

I bought the washing machine and had to have the matching dryer and I love this dryer. It has all the bells and whistles. If you want a huge dryer that does it all then this is the one to buy.

Love it but I purchased a washer/dryer combination! It seems my washing machine can handle a huge load but unfortunately this dryer can’t handle the same load! The body is smaller so clothes come out more wrinkled …bummer you have to load a smaller capacity

Capacity is very generous. Cycle times are quite long vs. my previous machine. Spin efficiency is poor. Sometimes have to repeat spin cycle times so water is not dripping from the clothes.

I have no huge complaints besides sometime when your drying blankets it stops and i believe it’s by its trying to sense the blankets and there so light. So i just have to put it on a time dry. Besides that its a good dryer!

Moisture sensor doesn't get jeans dry completely with out adding some time. Also, if steam/wrinkle feature is important, washer has to be close enough to share the water line. Didn't think that all the way thru because ours face each other in the laundry room.

We’ve only had the dryer for one month and so far it’s been working great. For one reason tho I get the clogged air vent symbol all the time I start the drier. The house is new and the exhaust vent were cleaned out before installing.
