For the money, I suppose it should work seamlessly without issues, and my issues may be operator error, but it shouldn't be this difficult to figure out the cycles especially since there is a smart sensor to tell when the clothes are still damp. Mine does not. Several loads sat in the dryer while still damp, and I didn't know until I needed to make my bed late one night so I could sleep. The LED light doesn't stay on long enough to get clothes out, but I like the option to steam-sanitize my towels and steam refresh clothes that have gotten wrinkled.

Dryer works great. Will dry extra large loads and has tons of cycles and features.

This is a great dryer but will still can’t connect it to wifi. Wifi capable was one of the reasons we bought it.

Overall we have been pleased with this product. We got the matching washing machine and we have not had any issues. We really how big the unit is. We are able to breeze through laundry 3x as fast as we have in the past.

We had a terrible experience with LG's washer, simply would not balance. Although, get this, that was the BIG selling point. Horrible product. So comes my opinion of the Samsung, so far so good:), gave it a 4 out of 5 due to lack of use. Has been as presented, hope it continues.

So far, so good. Installed it ourselves (really easy). It came with a splitter for the waterline but we had to buy an extra hose to connect the dryer to the splitter. Two year loves the song it plays when it finishes a dry cycle.

No issues to date. Quiet and efficient. A lot of different settings. Only complaint is towels seem to take longer to dry. Not sure if different spin setting is needed on washer. Will keep experimenting.

This Dryer is quiet and easy to use. The steam cycles are great at what they do, and you can link your phone to check a few things on it. It looks great, works well, no complaints.

This is a great dryer, but..... I've found it takes more than 1 cycle to dry a regular sized load of wet clothes. It is somewhat noisy too. Other than that, its capacity is good and it looks pretty.

Love the dryer ! Lint cleaner is a little hard to clean though only negative!

This is my first Samsung dryer and I absolutely love it. Has lots of different settings and dries my clothes to perfection! It's even big enough for my King Size quilt.
