I love this dryer! I had my old dryer for 13 years and this one is AMAZING! It has a light, it’s huge inside and it leaves my clothes wrinkle free! It’s nice on the outside, thinking of getting the matching washer! Delivery guys were awesome!

Quite and attractive for dryer machine. Efficient and great at handling a large load. Impressed at this point. My first Samsung dryer and pleasantly surprised how much I love it.

Purchased the set in July, 2017. My review is December 18, 2017. 5 months installed and no problems or drawbacks to report. This W/D set was a replacement of a very old Kenmore W/D set. We've always purchased used washer/dryer sets mismatched, etc. It's just clothes and hidden in the basement, right?? With two teenagers at home it was time to turn over the responsibility of washing their own clothes. The Samsung washer/dryer set was an excellent addition to our busy household and I'm amazed at how these new appliances have improved our family dynamic. The installation was tricky and keep in mind the width of each is a standard 27" but the fit into our 100 year old basement was TIGHT through the door. The B.B. delivery team were champs and really worked hard to make sure our new appliances were brought in safely. As for the overall features and quality, we couldn't be happier. With intuitive features, whisper quiet operations and many smart features you'll wonder how you got along without these appliances. They are also very attractive and will spruce up even the most boring of laundry rooms! The large capacity of this washer is a welcome feature seeing we can now wash comforters and heavy blankets without leaving for the laundromat. Keep in mind, the washer tub is DEEP. My wife is 5' tall and needs a step ladder to reach the bottom of the tub. Small price to pay for such a versatile and quality Samsung product. We also love the happy song the dryer plays when it has completed its cycle. We affectionately refer to the alert chime as "The Song of the Samsung"!

Easy to use, good capacity for washing large loads. Different functions to choose from no matter what you are washing. Love that I can pre soak in the washer before adding it to the rest of the load. I also like that it is a quiet washer.

I had a previous recalled model of Samsung washer/dryer, so I got this set as the replacement. I like the buttons on this one much better, they're not touch sensitive, you have to actually push them. Drying clothes seems up to par with Samsung dryers. This model does not come with the interior drying rack, but luckily I had mine from the last model, and it still fits in the same way. Color is really nice, it doesn't look as much of a harsh black as it does in the pictures, it's a nice stainless steel black. The surface of the door window and the control panel does easily get light hairline surface scratched from wiping off. And I had the installers swap the dryer door to open on the other side, quick 5 minutes fix.

This isn't the cheapest or most expensive dryer out there, but for us it had the right balance of great settings, being gentle on clothes, looking great, and not breaking the bank. I really like the settings for athletic wear. Only a few weeks in, but no problems yet

Dries good with various modes, looks nice, and large capacity. The only thing I took a star off the review is its design that the top surface is not level with control panel built upon. You can't put stuff on top of it. I liked my old front loading dryer which I could put stuff on top of it. It's important when you don't have a lot of space in your laundry area.

I like this dryer it replaced the LG dryer that died on me. I like the steam sanitize function built in and connected to the water main, but it does not seem to have a lower temp steam 'refresh' cycle equivalent that my LG had. I miss that setting. The default on some dry cycles is Eco, which is annoying, and the lint trap design is more cumbersome but overall a good performance choice.

I bought this dryer as a replacement and part of a set with the washer. The dryer is awesome! It has a lot of options and settings, is easy to operate, and works great. I love the large capacity which holds everything from the large washer with room to spare. My favorite feature is the wrinkle removal setting using steam. It was easy to hook up an extra cold water hose to the dryer with the included adapter.

Condensation buildup inside the unit caused the Samsung Gas Valve to rust and corrode. This caused the Gas Valve to not give the appropriate amount of gas to reach the igniter and ended up spewing dangerous gas into the air, mostly out the vent but some inside the house and in the clothes. I contacted Samsung and their customer support is so bad that they couldn't answer any questions about whether or not the Samsung Gas Valve would be replaceable through the Best Buy Geek Squad extended warranty program. I finally got one of the service people to tell me the truth, that they don't replace that (expensive) part. Every technician that I talked to through this process said don't get Samsung. They get call after call for Samsung lasting only 3 years. The person who installed it 5 years ago said the same thing, but heck no one thinks it will happen to them and it was already bought and delivered. Don't buy Samsung, it could have been a VERY dangerous situation with natural gas escaping.
