Unit is super quiet and appears to do a great job at drying. Simple to operate.

Really good so far. The only downside is the top seems to scratch easily and it would have been nice to select a temperature with more cycles.

This Samsung dryer works very quiet and easily manageable. Price is little higher but worth for it. I would definitely recommend this

I love my new dryer! It was super easy to hook up (watched a youtube video) and it works like a charm. I love how big it is. I am able to fit a king size comforter in it with room to spare! No more trips to the laundry mat for me!

Replaced 6yr. old set (different brand but similar). Clothes are consistantly dry at end of cycle.

We bought the washer and dryer and it was installed by bestbuy geek squad. The washer itself was very good and quiet cycle. Only issue I noted was that it's quite deep for an average height person. We do not have good experience with the dryer. The cloths stayed damp despite running cycle twice. I am not sure if it's some kind of a safety feature to prevent cloths to get too dry but they were certainly not wearable. At first they were very wet and I realized that the installation guy never checked the outside vent to make sure it's open but even after I fixed that myself the cloths still stay somewhat damp. I don't know if we were using wrong settings as I never had this problem in my old machine and cloths come out dry and hot. We end up returning both washer and dryer. We end up buying LG and look like same issues with dryer. I have to call now geek squad to find why cloths still stay damp. I personally think both machines are good and the dryer issue I am facing will likely get resolve as interestingly even when you run dryer for second time for a set period it sense and stop automatically after few minutes

We have had this dryer for about a month and have zero complaints so far. There are multiple drying options to fit all of our needs, The size is perfect for larger loads or bedding and blankets. There is even a steam option. We are very happy with this purchase.

Dries clothes in a lot less time compared to my traditional dryer. Love all the controls for every need. The steam is awesome. I'm truly amazed- It's almost like magic. Very dependable! Love the color and the very classy look! My laundry room is luxurious!!!

My wife loves it so much she wont let me near it ! Had Kenmores for 40 years and this is much nicer. Clothes come out without wrinkles and they smell fresh. Great product. Very easy to use and looks great too !

I had my heart set on a Samsung dryer and it does not disappoint. I love the different settings for drying and it even plays a cute jingle when the dryer is done. Fits my king sized comforter just fine.

So far it’s been a great upgrade from our previous dryer.

Love everything about this dryer. Drys clothes completely, has so many settingswhich are perfect for each load, beau did every load of laundry is different . I made a great decision. Price was excellent too.

I will start my review with the fact that everyone should know Best Buy stands behind their return policy. I had another washer and dryer set (Whirlpool) and they were terrible. I was able to return them, within the proper timeframe--with no battle from Best Buy. This Samsung dryer is fantastic; especially the steam wrinkle remover. I tend to be doing multiple tasks as I am doing laundry and sometimes forget to get the laundry out of the dryer in a timely manner. Just put the laundry on the steam cycle and it comes out nearly wrinkle free. I do no believe anyone would regret this purchase. Functionality is more important than appearance, but this machine does look very impressive.
