I had to order the part and overnight ship it since I needed to hook the dryer up asap. Other than that, the dryer works great and has a ton of features.

But the temp and cycle controls are very restrictive. It's not easy to set it to a cooler temp with appropriate cycles. After using it for a while, I cannot recommend it.

Multiple settings are needed. Make sure you turn OFF the ECO setting. It's absolutely ridiculous that this setting makes you run the cycle at least three times before items get dried. It defeats the entire ECO concept.

My parents have always had Samsung ones so I just figured I would go with that. For never having to buy one before I really like this one and all it’s features I just wish it was black. But I was not about to wait like 4 more weeks to get the black one.

So i dont mind throwing something back in for a bit to dry or i hang dry it. no big. stainless is smudge proof just wipe with cloth.

Has more options than I would ever use. Install was ok. I wish they included more of the hardware needed to get this connected up. Had to reverse the door so it would open to the left, which only took about 15 minutes and was pretty easy.

There is literally a 3 page cart in the manual about which settings can be used in which modes. Why wouldn’t I be able to adjust the temperature in normal mode?
