It does have options for left right or down vents with the addition of a kit wish I would’ve knew about this from the beginning overall satisfied.

Clothes come out wrinkled when drying them and they also take forever to dry. The chemical smell is ridiculous with this dryer and goes beyond a "new smell." As far as pet hair, it all comes out of the dryer stuck to everything. Product returned.

Looks nice at first but quickly diminishes

I love that I can monitor the progress from my smart things app. Best Buy and their delivery guys were awesome.

Poorest communication ever with Best Buy. Can not talk to anyone in the store when you call or in person. Customer service is not in the US. Not one person can tell me when these will get here. I can’t cancel and get my money back or they will not refund and actually charge me as bought in a promotion! How can they not return the $1500 so I can get a washer and dryer in a timely manner?? Shows me ordered in July. I did not. I picked up the rest of my Samsung appliances in July that I ordered and paid for the same day in May. I am told they are to be calling me with an update. Still no phone call or communication. Samsung says they are in stock when I call them and would I like to order?? Please fulfill the order I already have placed!!

Dries so much faster than our old dryer. I love the steam settings, the pet care setting and that i can control it from the smart things app. I'm obsessed with laundry now
