If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes.

Samsung continues to Disappoint

Out of the box the Dryer has issues. The dryer drum is out of balance and makes a knocking noise. The Tech stated it was bad and would call in a replacement. I had bought a Samsung Refrigerator years ago and had issues, but thought would give them another go. Will update this review when I get the replacement dryer. Until then, when buying Samsung, be sure to get the extra coverage. They are still having quality control issues. The Washer seems to be working ok..... for now.

Stays damp

DOES NOT DRY!!!!!

Sensor dry does not work. 5 hours later and towels still not dry. T-shirts are taking about 4 hours and still not dry. Dryer is less than a month old and Best Buy refuses to so anything to help!! Hopefully Samsung can help because this is not acceptable!

Didn’t even last 2 months

Had it since may of this year and it’s already broke. Thought it would be nice to get a new dryer after having ours for so long and I wish I could get my old one back. Had the old one for 10 years no problem. This one broke in 3 months. Samsung warranty sent someone to repair it then had to wait for them to order the part only to find out it didn’t fix the problem. Now we’re waiting for another part that may or may not fix the issue. So now we’re going on over a month with no dryer and 2 boys in school who pile up laundry so fast over a week.

Bad dryer, Horrible BB service

Brand new and not working properly.

Nothing worked on it

Wouldnt buy again

Bed linens are wrapped into a ball. Much perfer the LG I had before. Additionally, delivery was a major challenge as their third party vendor didn't show the first day for delivery and almost disnt the second day had i not called the cell phone number of a sales agent. BB CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDNT EVEN GET ANSWERS on day 1. Flip side is inlaws have a Samsung set they love.
