    So Far: The product is great, only have it for a week. The delivery was poor. I need a new dish washer and I’m . seriously thinking about not buying another large appliance again from Best Buy!!! I called the store to give them some feed back because I was concerned that the gas dryer was not installed properly.

    I purchased this set to replace an old top load set. The price was right and the delivery men set it up and tested it. I asked why the dryer outside didn't get warm to the touch and was told that new models don't do that. I accepted that information and then I started washing. The wash was great, clean clothes using less water. The dryer on the other hand, never got hot and I had to run the dryer at least 3 times to dry a normal load. That isn't energy efficient in the slightest, so I called to switch to the Samsung - 7.5 cu. ft. capacity 13-Cycle FlexDry Gas Dryer with MultiSteam - Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel and matching washer. I am much happier with this set even though it was substantially more expensive.

    I got this to replace my old GE one, which was not completing cycles anymore. I am using this Samsung dryer since 2 weeks works quite also beeping once dryer done also there is wrinkle prevent feature. I recommended this dryer to everyone who is looking for it!
