This is a great dryer, I have had it for almost a year and no complaints at all, works very well.

This dryer is replacing an eight year old Kenmore Elite dryer that died on me. I got the matching set. Even though I do have a couple of issues with the washer, I am completely happy with this dryer (with one exception). It may be the difference in eight years of technology, but this dryer will dry my clothes and bedding quicker and with less wrinkles than my old dryer did from day one. I paid over $1200 for my Kenmore, and only about half that for this dryer. I have not mastered the steam feature yet, and I do find issues with that. I think because I am not doing it correctly, and will be looking into that so I can take advantage of it. My Kenmore had a rack that stayed stationary during operation that I used to dry shoes and slippers on. Simply put rack into machine, put shoes on it, and start the dryer. Shoes would stay on rack and not bounce around inside the dryer. Unfortunately, this rack does not work in this dryer, and there is no rack available for purchase. This is a feature I miss already, and am now trying to figure out how to bend, twist, alter my old rack to work. Hopefully, I will be successful, and will then have no complatints at all.

I Love my dryer But when choosing at best buy I thought it came with the rack for sanitizing with steam and it doesn't. They were showing the rack in the store and at delivery I found out this model doesn't come with it. I might go back to the store to get an explanation. Otherwise is a great dryer.

We love our new dryer. It was an open box clearance item that we would have purchased at the regular price. It's multiple features & setting and large capacity are perfect for our family of 5.

Quiet, lots of features. Easy to stack. However, once its stacked, the controls are quite high.

I just purchased this so cannot comment on the long-term aspect of it. But I love how quiet it is and how many bells and whistles it has. You don't even realize it's on and the clothes come out much softer than my previous dryer as well. Very pleased with purchase so far. It also looks great!

Love it so far, haven't used the steam cycle yet. Otherwise works great. Drys fast. Samsung is never a loss.

I am absolutely in love with my Samsung electric dryer. The delivery men were able to flip the door so that it would not collide with my washer door. The dryer operates quietly except for the lovely music that is played when the load is done. Another great thing is the lint collector. It is enclosed so that the lint does not fly all over when you pull it out.

I've had this washer and dryer set for about 6 months now and have 0 complaints. I've wanted a steam set for some time and did lots of research before deciding on these. We've had no issues with the dryer in the time we've had it. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase the extended protection plan just in case. My favorite feature is the refresh cycle with steam. It's perfect for something that's been sitting in a closet and smells a bit stale or when I leave clothes in the dryer for a while after the cycle completes. The control panel is simple and easy to use. The Best Buy delivery team did a great job installing the items. My only complaint would be the delivery process. We weren't given a delivery time frame until the day before delivery which made it difficult to get off work to let the delivery team in. Better communication on delivery would have made the whole process perfect!!! I would recommend this to anyone thinking about purchasing this set.

We had a limited amount of room to work with to avoid plumbing and construction work. We bought the washer and matching dryer along with the stacking kit. Geek squad did the install on time, very professionally. The units work great, are efficient and easy to use.

dries well, wrinkle prevent is great. The wrinkle release does take 20 min however...kind of lengthy.
