Love the size & the features this dryer has. The way the lint trapper is designed is great. My previous dryer had a lint trapper that did not allow me to remove all the lint but the openings were too small to use my vacuum hose on. The price was amazing!!

This dryer works great. The service at Best Buy has been even better. The knowledge of sales person telling me about Features that new dryers have was very informative. Wasn't trying to get me to spend more than I wanted too and wanted me to get best machine for my money.

As others have stated this dryer is a great value for the price but i think Best Buy should bundle a standard power cord and vent kit since they insist you buy one from them before they will install it. Noticable decrease in lint left in trap from my old Inglis from Whirlpool.

This dryer is easy to learn and easy to use. It's quiet and it doesn't shake. Important to me because I stacked it on top of the washer and I live in a condo.

We bought the Dryer at Best Buy it was on sale plus we got additional money off for it open box item. The Sales person was professional and helpful. Delivery was fast and the staff was friendly and installed the dryer. We had no problem so far and my dryer is cut in half.

My wife and I bought this dryer to replace our old one that had a bad temperature relay. We were excited to get it as soon as we did and even more so when the first load of cloths came out. It has so many great features that I can't begin to describe how versatile it is.

I just got my dryer and love it. It is very simple to use even my 12 year old son can use it with ease. The only thing you need to know about the dryer before install and the salesman doesn’t tell you, is that if your dryer is more than 4 ft from the water connection on the wall you need a different hose. I almost didn’t get my dryer hooked up because of this. I was not happy with the delivery because of this confusion but I LOVE the dryer!

So far so good bought this as a gift for my mom slightly bigger than expected suggest buying the matching washer at the same though because now her old washer looks mad ghetto next to this sleek platinum device so now I need to buy the washer

Overall, we love this! The only real bummer is that you have to buy the separate piece for the WiFi connection. Also, it may be user error, but it automatically turns off when you open the door after a load is finished. Not a huge deal but seems like an unnecessary step.

No real complaints. Works good, delivery was easy and they set up everything for us. Husband wishes that the wrinkle release cycle was shorter (20 minutes minimum is too long) but all in all solid product.

bought this to replace a broken dryer and havent had a single regret yet. dries quickly and the steam feature is actually quite useful to get wrinkles out

Love having a drier that actually dries whats in it, easy to use. Can sense when items are dry and moves onto cool down, not wasted energy. Love the steam setting too!

Great purchase.I bought this because it was the best price compared to other sites. The delivery company was excellent and not only installed but went over the functions of each machine. It washes so much better than anything I've ever used. I love that I can throw in my comforter and it will wash it fully. The dryer is also very good, and I noticed our clothes no longer shrink in the dryer like it used to. The steam function works great! No only I am happy with the purchase but I was also impressed with the personal care and attention I got from the salesman at BestBuy.

Works great so far. Only set they had in stock. I would’ve rather had an LG product. I usually try and stay away from Samsung. I was surprised by the quality, but I was not surprised that there isn’t a way to completely turn all the sounds off, just most of them.

first time owning my own washer and dryer. dryer is nice and quiet dials are easy to use. My son who knows nothing about using machines can even do his own laundry :D

This washer is perfect. It has a bigger capacity then most and will also give a countdown for completion time and has steam functions as well.

The options with this machine are numerous. The dry times are less than half that of my previous Kenmore.
