After having our old school washer and dryer from 1990-something, passed down from family members, we decided we needed a upgrade to the modern washer and dryer. Everything we have is new and modern, so why not. After looking at a good number of reviews we decided on the Samsung. Also note it was a great sale at the time. We have definitely made a great purchase. Works great and it's quiet. It was between this or the LG. This had the better price. We are very happy with this purchase. Though it does look better with the additional drawer that rises the washer and dryer a few inches, the height makes it better but we didn't purchase it. Maybe well build something to rise it at home.

We purchased the washer and dryer as a pair and have had them for three weeks now. We've had front loading machines in the past and this pair functions as good or better than our previous units. At the time, the Samsung pair was the best value; to get another brand of washer/dryer pair with as many cycles (plus the steam feature) would have costs more. It's very quiet and I love the feature to periodically tumble the clothes after the cycle finishes to prevent wrinkles (just in case you can't get to the dryer when the cycle finishes).

I was cramped for space so I needed a stackable washer and dryer and after looking at many units I found this. I am getting ready to have my first child and needed something reliable besides going to the laundry mat but only had a small space to put a washer and dryer. The dryer is great! It is very quiet and even plays a tune when the cycle is done (it can be turned off) Best Buy was great.. they made sure I had everything I needed to set the washer and dryer up and the delivery was very easy and on time. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Its the best dryer I've ever had. This thing is a beast. It's huge and can handle drying king size comforters with no problems. I also have the matching washer stacked below. The set looks cool too.

We replaced a very old dryer with this. This is a great machine. Fits a huge load and dries things much quicker than the older machine. It looks fantastic although that was not a priority for us.

This thing rocks. It’s super fast, very quiet and has an awesome steam cycle. Can de wrinkle in minutes. Also senses when clothes are dry so you save electricity

This is my 2nd set of Samsung Washer/Dryer combo. Our last set made it 8 years with a family of 6 doing at least 10 loads a week, that's a pretty good return of my investment. I was able to replace the heater core and drum wheels during those 8 years so it wasn't flawless but we did use the heck out of them. This new set has more belts and whistles plus my favorite feature...Steam! Love that I can just throw my shirts/pants in the dryer every morning and have perfectly wrinkle free clothes in about 15 mins. That' s a win in my book. I am hopeful this set will last us another 8+ years.

Love our new washing machine. Great settings to customize how to wash your clothing. Easy to use and does a great job with stain removal. The steam is a really great feature.

It is so nice to have a good dryer, and this is it! It is very quiet and the steam cycles do a great job of releasing wrinkles from my dress shirts (I still iron some of them... but I am a bit of a stickler). My only complaint is: If you are adding pedestals (which we did), the brackets to secure the unit to the top of the pedestal is made of plastic and can easily break (which a few of ours did). This seems so dumb since the rest of the unit is so nice. Just be careful when moving them and tightening the clamps on the brackets. Other than than, its a gem.

This machine works great for our needs. Family of three with queen size bedding. Quiet performance compared to last machine we had.

I am owning this for couple of months. If you put single or fill the dryer with cloths. End result is well dried cloths. I love this dryer it doesn't make sound. If you have washer room in the second floor. Then you should go for this. It has lots of option. Good value for the money.

This dryer is great. It has enough settings to dry anything without being too many. It's big and quiet and really easy to use.

I haven't tried the steam feature yet but have had it in other models and liked it. This gives many options for drying, works well and quickly.

Very quiet. It dries my clothes well. It even have a light inside so I can see my clothes when I open the door. Very satisfied.

I read all the reviews and was so confused as to which Samsung model to get. There wasn't that much difference in pricing on Black Friday so I went with one with a large capacity and steam. OMG!!! I am so pleased. I have used the steam to refresh all the winter coats from last year, to get pet hair out of my suit jacket, to fluff up bedding. The steam feature is my favorite part. It drys well and clothes don't seem to wrinkle very quickly if you don't get them out right away.

Purchased the matching washer. Both are performing beyond my expectations. No complaints whatsoever. Very user friendly.

This dryer is one that we use at home and when the appliance finally died in our office we decided to replace it with this one. The dryer is quiet, quick on all settings, and thoroughly dries all items. The wrinkle release, and steam function is a nice addition for quick needs in getting out of the house with wrinkles. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their current dryer to a new more modern appliance.

this dyer is so easy to use. dries cloths very quickly. the steam dry is great for getting wrinkles out.
