This was my first big purchase besides a new car. I am recently a new homeowner and was in need of a washer and dryer. I grew up with Kenmore appliances but decided to do some research and went with Samsung. I am thoroughly impressed with the brand and how helpful the Best Buy staff were!

I've wanted this dryer for quite some time but Black Friday and Best Buy errors gave me one heck of a deal. It works great although if you are in a quick rush to steam clothes be careful since it wets your clothes and then drys them taking the full 20 minutes. Hubby had to learn the hard way.

I like this dryer. It has an internal light. I like the lint trap "cage". It is quiet, it has all the settings I like. Once when I chose "wrinkle remove" it made my shirt soaking wet so I had to wait to dry it. That was odd but I still like the dryer.

I bought this dryer because I had to purchase a new washing machine and wanted a matching set. This dryer is fast! It gets my clothes dry in no time. I also like the wrinkle setting to help get out wrinkles, but beware it will mist your clothes and they may need extra drying time.

The Samsung dryer is fabulous! I can't use dryer sheets due to allergies, yes, even the "unscented" have chemicals. I've used tennis balls for some anti-static success, but I don't have to use them with this dryer! The anti-static and anti-wrinkle features work perfectly!

The steam cycle option is amazing. Throw your wrinkled clothes in and put them right on the hangers when the cycle is done. I love how many options this model has, go from drying big bulky blankets to just a few hand washed pieces.

Had to connect a water line so steam functions would work. Haven't used any of the steam functions yet, but like having the option and I have friends that love them. I can't see the settings because it's so tall when stacked, so I'm usually kind of guessing at what I'm choosing.

Great dryer. 11 Cycles is plenty to dry in just about any way I would want to dry clothes. I could probably have stepped down to 8 cycles and not missed anything. No problems so far after 2 months of use. Clothes always come out dry, but not overly hot on medium temp settings.

Our dryer broke right before Christmas so we pressed to find a dryer quickly!! We found this Samsung Steam Dryer as an open box buy and boy we were not disappointed!! The Steam Refresh Cycle is a life saver!! The Wrinkle Guard feature is amazing clothes come out perfect every time!!

We love the Samsung dryer. It's been a very nice upgrade from the previous one we owned. My wife hates wrinkles and this dryer keeps her from ironing.

The drum for the dryer CRACKED just a few months after the warranty expired. Everyone has great reviews for this dryer, and while it had worked nicely, it's clearly made of cheap materials. The drum made noises at first, it turns out it was warped. Then the heating thermostat went out, and the mechanic told us it was due to cold air being vacuumed into the drum from the cracks while in use. The drum and the thermostat needed to be replaced, and costed nearly roughly half of the price of replacing the whole dryer itself. Our dryer is used for normal home purposes. Clothes only. There really is no reason for it to have cracked so easily like that.

Works well, not too loud, loaded with great features, including steam. The only drawback so far, after a month, has been the song that plays when the load is done. It’s very long and annoying, but can be turned off by hitting the on/off button on the front. No regrets!

Purchased this item the end of November and received it from the store in mid December. Less than 60 days old and we are having problems with the dryer. Samsung cannot provide a service tech and I have spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Needless to say it will probably be replaced and we will go without a dryer for a time period. This is my one and only purchase of Samsung appliance and my last Best Buy purchase.
