Love my new dryer! Easy to use without much instruction needed. Love the sanitizing and allergy settings. Plus the little song at the end makes doing laundry pleasant.

I love my washer! The first we bought had to be returned because it vibrated really bad, the drum was loose but the replaced it without any problems and the second works great!

Slight learning curve with the plethora of options available to pick from, but you pick up the control functions quickly. Love the steam option for de- wrinkling and sanitization.

Very pleased with the ease of use with this machine. Display is easy to read and keypad responds well. Believe the time display when using the "wrinkle away" cycle - it says 20 minutes and it means 20 minutes! I tried to cheat and pull my clothes out at 15 minutes and found myself wearing damp clothes to work! Also - Sometimes I have a hard time opening the lint catch. Other than that completely satisfied with this purchase!

Very happy with the product so far. We are able to wash those King Size Comforters with no problem. Love the storage the pedestals provide.

This is the best clothes dryer I have ever owned. I'm not sure, but I think the other reviewer either bought a lemon or has some exhaust issues. I can move a full load from our 4.3cu ft washer to this dryer and they're dry, not scalding hot and shrunk, in under an hour easily. I have natural gas, very good exhaust vent airflow, and the thing just works. I like all the settings and choices, and I usually make the correct decision when I start the load, and don't need to second guess it later on halfway through the load. Just set it and forget it.

My husband wanted to get this fancy front load because our old agitator washer wrinkled his work pants, I didn't want it but so glad I gave in!!

I am a huge fan of Samsung products. I purchased a Samsung washer a number of months ago so when my dryer died I had to buy a matching unit. Everything works well as expected. Only minor complaint is cleaning the lint trap. It takes an extra step to open. No big deal. I bought the pedestal. Makes loading and unloading easier.
