I looked around and found that the Samsung brand is very highly rated, I did not want to buy a super exspensive set that can give you all the quality things that Samsung provides. I bought an open box set and the 5 year GSP protection plan and this set has just blew me away! Yes buy this set and you will love it. The steam settings are amazing all the way to you can customize your own settings.

This is my first ever brand new set and I feel like I made the right choice. Very quite I love the allergen option. I haven't figured out the steam function yet though and the chime at the end it way to long...

Product seems to be good but not an excellent product. There steam wrinkle free does not work as you might expected. The controls are not very responsive. It is a touch control but you might have to leave your finger pressed or does not work just by quckly touching the button.

This dryer has all the latest technology. It drys clothesau of all types any way you like. And even a very cool led light inside when you open the dryer door. Suberb!

This dryer is simple to operate, the filter is easy to clean, and it plays the Samsung song instead of sounding a buzzer when the clothes are dry.

Great dryer. Best bang for your buck. Black Friday purchase. Lots of space.

THE DELIVERY AND INSTAL WAS FAR BELOW WHAT I EXPECTED. THE SERVICE USED INSTALLED THE DEYER IN A WAY THAT WE COULD NOT OPEN OUR BACK DOOR. THEY WERE PAID TO INSTAL NO MATER HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN - I HAD TO PAY ANTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE INSTALLATION

This is a great Gas Dryer - I love the steam feature and the Platinum Color is awesome!

Purchased in 2017. Had motor problems a year later when the warranty expired. Entire motor had to be replaced! How do you sell a product where the main component is not reliable. Convinced customer support that its ridiculous for a $900 appliance to fail in one year and repair was done without cost but with allot of hassle. One year later the drum felt lining comes off. The lining prevents the drum as it spins from rubbing against metal of the frame. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK SAMSUNG. Besides phones and TVs, you should consider staying away from manufacturing appliances. Seriously life is tough already. No reason to manufacture appliances that suppose to help that has such poor quality. At $900 its not cheap stuff we are talking about here.

I absolutely LOVE my new Samsung Dryer. Initially, I was quite intimidated by the electronic panel, but it was quite easy to use. I dryed a load of towels and they came out softer and fluffier than they had been since the day I bought them!! The items were thoroughly dry, and I can really appreciate that the machine continues to tumble items to reduce wrinkling, as I often don't take items right out of the dryer when the cycle has finished. The machine looks great in my laundry room! Definitely no regrets!

Purchased Jan 13, 2018. Still don't have a properly working dryer!!! Have had three installation appointments - had to take vacation time off work multiple times with no compensation from Best Buy. It is February 15th!! Frustrated, angry, and still eating my hard-earned vacation time for the NEXT appt. put dry shirts (multiple times) in the refresh cycle and they came out wet every time - see picture

This is one of the most reliable and easy-to-use washing machines you can buy. It features an attractive design, it's quiet, and it effectively washes large loads of laundry.

I went from a 1980s dryer to this badboy. Thing may take a bit to dry larger loads, but the clothes are at least dry. The steam function is great too. Saves the time from having to iron shirts.

bought this for my new house. I stacked this on top of my Samsung washer. it works very good and quiet. It even plays music when the cycle is almost done. It has wrinkle free feature so it helps prevent wrinkle in case you didnt take it out right after the cycle ends. very good dryer.

So far so good. Everything comes out I wrinkled and dry. Even when I did a load of sheets they didn't get all balled up and wet in the middle of the ball. And it's beautiful in platinum. A real home run.

This is a nice dryer. I also bought the stand it goes on and they go together very securely. It looks really nice too. It dries clothes super fast and the steam feature is excellent to take out wrinkles or warm up clothes.

Read the reviews and I was concerned with some reviews discussing mold. However, the washer has errors which tell you to clean the door. So, I think that issue has been resolved. For cleaning cloths, the washer has several settings which allow us to clean everything we wear, or in our home, without being concerned with ruining the item. Instead of having a loud alarm, the washer plays music to tell you when it is done. I have also read that you can download an app that will tell you when the cloths are done or the app will text you when your cloths are done, however, the app for iPhones was only rated 2 or 3 stars, so I didn't bother. Overall, I love the washer. It has a great amount of internal space, plenty of options for washing cloths, it is quiet and there isn't some annoyingly loud alarm when my cloths are done.

performs exactly how we needed. this was our first dryer purchase and so far it is have wonderful. gas dryers really do make your clothes feel softer and smell extremely fresh. the steam also is great for things you would rather not get wet. perfect.

Very nice dryer. Machine is quiet and my clothes come out wrinkle-free. It doesn't over dry so I don't have to worry setting the drying time too long. Highly recommended!!!

I have the matching washer and when my old dryer's drum came off I decided too purchase the matching gas dryer. The dryer works good and the sensor dry works, but I found that normal dry sometimes leaves item like jeans damp. I mostly end up using the heavy duty cycle with the more dry sensor level and it dries everything. My only complaint with this dryer is that on the bedding setting, it always leave the blankets with a small damp spot in the middle at the end of the cycle which requires me to take the blanket out and rearrange it and dry it again on a time dry for 15 minutes. Other than these few minor issues the dryer is ok. I had it the dryer for about a month by the way.
