Equipment Excellent - Contractor Installation Bad

Contractor Best Buy sent in to install didn't have water (for steam) set up right. Return Call - gas needn't to be corrected. We asked for GeekSquad - set up, installed, and options explained excellently. ASK FOR GEEKSQUAD.

Well gotta say its great and worth the money. This model connects to a cold water line for steam purposes. Wrinkle release and refresh options are awesome and 15-20 minutes.

Love my dryer!

After having it for a little over a year, I have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. My clothes come out soft and wrinkle free! The only thing I would change about this dryer is the ability to add a shoe drying rack.

The lint-trap is a little funky as sometimes I am worried about breaking the trap to open it, so beware. The door is sensitive too, it won't catch if you try to swing it closed. So, be gentle with it.
