In less than one month the air flow restrictor code set on my new dryer. This code set even when the duct in the back of the machine was completely disconnected, i.e., blowing open into the room. The worst part was the customer service from Samsung. There was no "gee, we're sorry your new machine already has a problem...., blah, blah." And when this service agent on-high finally deemed me eligible for a service call, it took 12 days to get someone to the house to fix it. Enough said.

I chose this dryer because of a good reviews and because I like it in overall. I'm a fan of Samsung products

I've had this item for a while I upgraded to a different color I love the washer and dryer

all loads to be dried are preset, you can also set manually by the minutes up to 1 hour.

Overall great dryer, but load sometimes still damp. Not a big fan of the steam cycle as it doesn't get wrinkles out completely.

I don't know maybe it's me, but I would think that a washer with today's technology would be faster, it uses less water and all, but I thought it would be faster...

excellent washer with one exception: if the suds level isn't just right, you'll have water coming out on the floor.

Quick drying. Tender care. Was to come with a drying rack. I called samsung and they had one shipped to me right away.

I love the built in steam (versus having to fill the steam tray like the LGs). Cycles are short & efficient. The only thing I don't like is that I find it difficult to pull apart the lint trap container, but I'm sure it'll get easier over time.

Love the capacity and some of the other features but my dryer has a rattle to it. I've checked that something isn't vibrating in the back with the exhaust but nothing. It also leaves the clothes damp on a normal cycle with the default settings. always have to adjust and shouldn't for a higher end appliance. wouldn't recommend

I bought a Samsung Dryer. The weld in the drumb cracked after 2-years. There is nothing the company will do for you when it happens. Buy a different brand.
