Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this dryer and the matching washer for LESS THAN 1 MONTH. 2 weeks of that month, we were on vacation, so it was getting very light use. Today, when doing loads, water is pouring out front of machine. Contact Best Buy support chat, they start telling me all the parts that may have failed and need to be replaced. We've had them under one month, so I check the return policy. Says clearly online 'Return up to 9/11' today is only 9/3. So I get connected to Geek Squad support by phone and they tell me 'oh no, you only had 15 days to return.' Options? She could send someone out to repair (my cost). I ask if it is too late to add the Geek Squad service protection, she says 'oh yes, you would have needed to get that at time of purchase!'... last option... she asks 'you want me to connect you to Samsung.. it is under 1 year manufacturer warranty.' Sure... then she straight transfers me to Samsung voice recording saying Samsung M-F business hours. UNBELIEVABLE.. never, ever again Best Buy.. cancelling that laptop order too!!!
