The top dryer really comes in handy for anything that should lay flat, shows, and more. The bottom dryer is a great dryer with an excellent moisture sensor, works as advertised!

We love this Samsung dryer. It was a bit pricey, but worth it in our opinion. We love having the flex dryer so that we can dry delicate items while drying another load at the same time in the front load dryer.

The top dryer works like magic. You can only fit 1-2 artickes of clothing but we love how it de-wrinkles. The bottom dryer is huge and clothes have no problem drying 1st time around. I definitely recommend

The dryer has a unique top section for special drying needs such as delicates, shoes, and has smart control. You can use both dryers at the same time.

It works and is more energy efficient than I expected. I would like to have all the space dedicated to the lower unit rather than have the separate upper unit for delicate items.

So exited to use the new washer and dryer...been looking for excuses to wash clothes. I feel like we left the dark ages with this fabulous new equipment. So impressed!

Love this dryer. I was skeptical at first about some of the negative review but i loved the fact that is has dual drying capacity for large and small load.

It works brilliantly. And our towels actually get dried completely! The color is perfect and matches the rest of our Samsung appliances. Definitely money we’ll spent

Love my drying machine. I've never had the opportunity to dry my sweaters in the machine but this has done the magic without ruining them! I'm really happy with it.

I love my new dryer especially that I can use the 2 different compartments at the same time. The top part is very convenient for my delicates, as they don’t get tumbled around hence prevent shrinkage.

Works great! Quiet, easily handles a king size comforter and love the way the app notifies you the load has completed! The Top dryer works greater for sweaters!

My wife and I love it. We haven't had a chance to get to all the features, but it is easy to use for your normal loads. Lots of choices for laundry types. No incredibly intuitive to connect to the wifi.

The capacity is large enough for bedding, which is a plus. Honestly the only downfall is there are almost too many options to drying. Can be a bit confusing. Overall I love the product.

Love the dryer. I wish the smart things integration would detect when the dryer is started and you didn’t have to turn it on every time otherwise it works extremely well

Very pleased with the flex wash . It has all the capabilities you could ever ask for , touch screen is uber easy and the top washer saves a ton of time for the under garments. Be careful of the Slate color , i ordered Black Stainless steel and they sent slate and i asked for an exchange they brought me the same color and tried to convince me that slate was the black version. So a month goes by and a light goes off , i surely know the difference between the colors . ive talked to Best Buy about this and they are resending the :" black " Washer And dryer to exchange the slate. keep my fingers crossed!

Had the dryer for two months and can’t complain. My daughter complains a little, but she overfills it and it takes her two times as long to dry. Standard load comes out great and smelling fresh.

This dryer dries an extra large load or a small load. It is very quite. I would highly recommend this product. I am very glad I made this purchase. Would purchase again!
