Love this washer and dryer. It makes it so safe and easy to wash delicate items that I otherwise would have to wash by hand. And the dryer allows me to safely dry bras and toys minimizing funky smells from so drying. Love it!!!

We love everything about this dryer. It’s super easy to use, does a great job, is very quiet, and the additional top dryer for small items/delicates makes quick work of laundry day.

Very cool product. Super quiet, very efficient, very nice looking. and the extra delicate dryer on top is very cool for things you would otherwise never think of washing/drying, sweaters, very delicate items etc. Reason I only gave it 4 out of 5 is the "smart control" integration (its wifi) control functionality through the Samsung SmartThings app isn't completely reliable... Sometimes when I first turn on the smart control functionality it has trouble re-connecting itself to the network. Definitely not a deal-breaker though. You buy a dryer to dry things, and at that, it's a super dryer, and super flexible.

But could be better. Maybe I'm not used to the bazillion settings yet on this dryer but it doesn't seem to dry everything completely on certain settings. Especially when it's close to being full. I might have to play around and find the "sweet spot" settings. If I put delicates in there I have to reset it again to get it fully dry. But sometimes it'll shut off because it automatically thinks it's dry. I'll have to see if somethings blocking my dryer vent. That might be the culprit. Otherwise it's pretty nice to have a large dryer.

We bought the flex washer and dryer combo with pedestals and we are not disappointed. The dryer works very well. Large capacity lower front load and a smaller top load for delicates. I really like the fact that it can dry a very large load of laundry in less than 40 minutes. I have never owned a dryer with anti-static and anti-wrinkle and both work very well. Quiet when running and the cycle end is a nice melody, loud enough to alert you.

Set is awesome, both units are easy to use and have all the features wanted. Only issue is when they were delivered one was dented on the side. Best Buy took care of a gift card for the problem. No need to get the pedestals they are large units, you have to have a large area to put them in.

This dryer has a large drum and does a great job. Lots of settings including extra dry time. My clothes are less wrinkled when removed promptly

This is an excellent dryer. Very quiet, with so many options for every type of clothing. Very spacious for big loads. Love it!!

Love the flexibility of the dryer for ad hoc items, sports uniforms, last second costumes or pajama days at school. The ability to not only have a high capacity washer and dryer set that is front loadable, steam wash and dry options, and even has wifi to let me know when the load is done; but the real winner here is the top wash and dry options. We use the top washer and dryer everyday. From football pants and girdles to baseball sliding pants and jerseys to delicates - it is amazing to have items washed and dried in no time. I can't go back to anything else as a parent of 4 and all in sports. This is a lifesaver!

I love my Samsung flex dryer. So much space, beautiful, and dryers clothes excellent.

My wife and I have had our eyes on this washer/dryer pair for a few months now. This has been working much better than our previous dryer, but it's much noisier than I expected it to be. Our previous dryer was very loud, and this one sadly isn't much quieter. However, it is nice to have a dryer that (most of the time) dries everything in only one cycle.

I have the matching set and it is a necessity in our busy house. My husband and I both work and we have a 9 year old in lots of sports and a 2 year old that is just messy. I love that it is high capacity so I can wash and dry large loads. I use the smaller dryer for delicates. It seems to do a really good job. We tested the sensor mode on the dryer and it does a really good job. We put 1 wet item in and originally the timer said it would take an hour, the but the sensor adjusted it and it was done in about 15 minutes. I also connected the dryer to my internet and I get an alert on my phone when it is done. This is handy since my dryer is in e basement so I can’t hear when it is done.

We have found this dryer to be efficient and quiet. With settings for several types of clothing, wrinkle release, and refresh, it does pretty much anything e could want. Especially nice is the dedicated compartment on top for drying sweaters, sneakers, hats, etc. No more fumbling to find and install the dryer shelf that many other dryers use for delicates.

Samsung did a great job with this one. The people at Best Buy are the Best to work with. This dryer works excellent dries clothes perfectly. The top dryer is great for the dry flat clothes works well. Quite smooth running easy to operate machine. The Smart feature is awesome able to keep tabs on the dryer from our smart phones.

This dryer, is about as efficient as it can be. Presets are many and the option to customize settings, is great to. I love the top dryer! It's perfect for all kinds of things, especially undergarments, swimsuits, sweaters.... The lower dryer is huge, and has handled everything I've thrown at it perfectly. It seems to be moisture sensor sensitive, so I try to wash like fabrics together. Fabrics that really hold water, may need a little extra tweeking. So far, it has not overdried anything. I love it! Our clothes look better, even the old ones.

We love this dryer - it's super easy for our 3 kids to use! The touch buttons are simple and everything is clearly labeled. Love that we can dry two completely different items at the same time. The sleek design looks awesome too. Very happy with this purchase!

Have done about 5 loads through the unit so far and am happy with the machine . Runs very quite and smooth . the notice at end of cycle is not too intrusive like some other machines . Not sure how much we will end up using the upper portion in the future but right now have been running both together and am ok with it . I like the ability in the lower section to specific additional rinse cycles and also modify the pre-programed plan easily. I am not a techy person but it is actually quite simple to program .

Just gotta try it is all I can say. Their nice quiet and get the job done in about half the time of most front loaders. Still learning the machine and it's mechanics but it's pretty solid and next to impossible to mess up on laundry.

Love the Samsung washer/ dryer pair. This is our second set. Easy to use. Dries well. We're still trying to learn all of the new features. Just wish the washer had come with the necessary aqua pebble-- which is the part that accepts the laundry detergent for the upper washer. The washer didn't come with it. So we can't use the upper washer until we find one.

This dryer works great and it is nice to be able to dry two different loads at once. The top dryer works especially well for delicate items or items you don't want tumbling around in the bottom dryer. The feature that auto detects when the load is complete is also nice. The only reason I only give 4 stars for this product is because of the height. I bought the compatible stand that is sold separately, but without this the dryer would be far too low to the ground.
