Great product. I really love the dryer and all the setting it offers. It sometimes makes a wood stretchy sound when drying but still drys. It was open box.

This dryer is amazing! We love the smart cycle! The eco friendly option, damp option and the fact that I can start and stop it by a touch of my phone is amazing! Family of 5 and all boys we have lots of laundry! It’s quiet and we absolutely love the song alert when it’s done!

Dryer is fantastic. I have had it for about 6 months now and I haven't had any issues with it. Pros - Offers multiple modes for whatever your needs are. Also offers wireless connection from Samsung Smart Things, which allows you to view and control it remotely. Lint capture does a fantastic job as well. Cons -I have noticed that you may need to clean the trap out more often due to how well it captures the lint. You will also need to remove the lint trap and vacuum below it. Another fuss is the alarm, feels like it lasts forever. I am sure it can be changed, but I haven't spent the time to resolve it.

I originally picked this set based on the sleek appearance. What I’ve experienced with this set is large capacity, always clean, easy to use, and great functionality. I would replace this with the same.

I was very pleased with the new washer. It very silent, easy to use. Loce the fact that it automatically weighs the amount of laundry and olny use the proper amount of water. Also is app is very convenient to watch when the cylcle is complete.

Beautiful!!! This washer and dryer add an elegance to my washroom.. They are both very efficiency, quiet, and easy to use.. installed both myself with only a wrench and screwdriver. Would recommend to anyone.

Upgraded to this new Samsung front load dryer. It has several great features including WIFI connectivity, dries clothes great without shrinkage and it is quiet as I have 2nd flr laundry. The Steam functions work great as well as the wrinkle prevention as well.

The dryer is efficient and customizable. The machine has a program for every situation. Plus, the noise level is surprisingly low, so I can run it even during late hours without disturbing anyone.

A large capacity drum with the ability to use stream to release wrinkles if necessary. Operates with little to no noise. Clothes are dried quicker than our previous Samsung of 18 years. Wrinkles are very few to none.
