Sensor only detected the outside and shuts down when it detected dry but things in the middle will still be wet. Have to use timers used of the knob to keep it from sitting down by itself.

We understand that your dryer takes too long to dry.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.
