The item was not needed yet when it arrived, as it was a purchase for someone else. When it came time to open the product, it was damaged inside the box. When I contacted Best Buy for support, they said it was past the return window and referred me to Samsung. Of course, Samsung said the same thing and referred me back to Best Buy. Now, unfortunately, I am out $1,000 for a TV with no assistance from Best Buy or Samsung. My advice, do not buy any item as a gift from Best Buy and definitely not a Samsung product. Best Buy was my first choice when purchasing products, but now due to the unhelpful customer service experience, I will be shopping elsewhere.

The first two I bought were lost in transit but after a month of waiting I finally got these and all is right with my little world. Samsung makes a great product and these are great!

Based on the description I thought I would be able to create and manage my display from the app instead of having to have a computer connected to the TV. Huge disappointment. That is just not working. I would not recommend this product.
