I added this Q60 to my garage, which fits perfectly above my stand-up fridge and freezer. I have the Q80 75" in my living room; both are great TVs.

The technician that delivered and setup the TV went beyond what would be a normal delivery and to fit the TV into an existing space. The actual TV setup and operation was explained in great detail and was appreciated by my wife and myself. The TV works great. BestBuy's customer service from the ordering to delivery to setup was done in a total professional manner. I will shop at BestBuy for all my video and audio needs. A very satisfied customer, JOB WELL DONE!!

A disappointment

The pick up was a breeze. Unfortunately, that was the only decent part of the transaction. The picture on the screen ended up being very dull. Not bright as you would expect from a qled. The refresh rate made watching sports horrible. I was replacing an 8 year old t.v., and the older one had a better picture. The sound was decent, but definitely needed a sound bar. I did end up returning the tv and getting the samsung s90c. I'm mutch happier with that one.
