    I love this huge thing! Samsung is where it's at. I upgraded from a 58" CU7000 (now my bedroom TV) and I'm wholly impressed by the 75" performance and features. The ability to connect to my Game Pass Ultimate account to play xbox games natively, is incredible. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable, large-format TV.

    Great! This tv does everything I would want from a Crystal UHD Samsung. Excellent bang for your buck with a beautiful High Definition picture. Paired with your favorite surround sound system, I’d rather stay home and watch a movie on this tv any day over going to the movies.

    Great TV for the price, love it. Only downside I saw and it wasn’t even a major one was that there’s no optical audio out, so we had to use HDMI ARC to connect our soundbar.

    Everything was ok , till the the whole screen turned black After only 8 days this tv stop working, I can hear sound but the screen is black , no image Am very disappointed with Samsung tv’s Am glad this happened with in 15 days of purchase because Best Buy will exchange it for me , am going to choose another brand in the same price range because what if this happens after the 15 days period that Best Buy give you to returned if anything goes wrong , maybe the manufacturer will do something but am sure that it will take a long time to fix it and you will spend a lot of time over the phone with Samsung maybe am the only unlucky person who got a bad tv,I don’t know I don’t feel comfortable getting the same tv again .

    The newer these tvs get the more complicated they get and I would say im tech savvy. Not great for dark movies during the day, not enough contrast and all you see is reflection coming from sun beaming through closed blinds. I will miss those tvs you just turn on and tune to a channel, I now have to deal with network error messages most of the time stating that its not compatible with Spectrum tv or internet, yet it works fine after bypassing and network testing. The tv is set by router in at a decent height so ni reason for errors. The Q60D worked better for me

      We appreciate your purchase and feedback on the DU7200 TV. Please know your experience is important to us and will be shared with our internal product teams. I have a few suggestions which may improve your experience.

      First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.

      For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.

      Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.

      You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

    Great Picture for Big TV

    We were very excited to bring this 75" Smart TV home. It has access to all of the streaming apps and even provides channels if it's own with Samsung TV plus. It has such a clear picture and connecting other devices was simple through the app process of starting up.

    Bought this TV on 6-8-2024, install was on 6-17-2024. All we did wrong was turn the TV off. Next morniing the TV screeched like an owl and the volume had to be turned to mute. So, we called Best Buy to resolve this issue and we are now in process of waiting for a repairman to evaluate our new TV. Earliest appt. was 6-24-2024. Very dissapointed in Best Buy for their lack of customer relations. AGAIN, we did nothing wrong and they are not helping to our satisfaction. As you can see by the photo we are resigned to watching the small TV shown.

    Easy to use and great picture for the price. Sturdy for the size and doesn't seem like it would tip over easily.
